房間還大的，離costco很近，但是酒店沒有任何服務可言，半夜房間開pary，吵鬧了差不多一整夜，根本沒人管，早餐説6:00-9:30，住三天，二天9:00以前去，就沒有任何一點食物，連道歉也沒，就説沒有了。

This was my second time staying here and it was excellent! Allison at the front desk checked me in and was very welcoming. My room was clean and smelled good when I walked in. After settling in I asked Ken for an extra blanket and a recommendation for dinner. I got both with and had a great dinner. Thank you for a great stay!

My accommodation of choice whenever I am visiting the area. Convenient location with Costco across the street and plenty of restaurants and shops. Matt at the front desk was excellent - always friendly and helpful. Clean and well equipped room too. Definitely recommended!

Awesome. Wonderful and they do their job. I was made feel special with everything available. Clean room and no missing accessories or items. I would absolutely recommend to others. This is in the heart of the city with accessibility to restaurants and gas stations.

Clean rooms, excellent housekeeping and outstanding staff. We are here for a 3 month project and the hotel provides us with our home away from home. There 2 grocery stores close by where we get all of our favorites to cook daily. Good for the body and our budget.

Great hotel and outstanding staff. We are a long term guest that will be at the hotel for 90 nights. The housekeepers and the towel exchange program work well for our needs. The locator the hotel is outstanding, near to stores and restaurants

Each time I stay at Extended Stay - East it's so very relaxing! I mentioned I had laundry to do and I was given a room DIRECTLY across from the laundry room! Beautiful room and enjoying the Niners game now! Thank you, Matt and Ken! I appreciate you guys!

For reasons out of our control, we have been at ESA San Ramon East for almost 4 mos. & it’s been a seamless experience from the beginning. Special thanks go to Matt who has been a supportive & positive advocate for both us and ESA throughout our stay. I can’t think of much to suggest other than it would be great if the breakfast bar could offer maybe fruit or eggs along with the muffins and great coffee!!
