We spent two nights at the Boutique Villa Liberty in San Quirico d'Orcia. It was very expensive and the rooms are really poorly decorated. I would stay away from this hotel. Street parking is available but there is very little space to drop your luggage. The main drawback was the rooms were so cheaply done and are very unattractive. Their management company is taking over various abandoned buildings and redoing them. The included breakfast at their affiliated restaurant is a fair walk and was average.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Villa Liberty. The villa is just steps outside the village with spectacular views of the Tuscan countryside from our window. The entire staff at the Capitano Collection Group were amazing. Lorenzo especially played a huge part in making our stay memorable. His communication before and during our stay was perfect. He also arranged our balloon ride and truffle hunt. The truffle hunt and “everything truffle” 4 course lunch is not to be missed if you are staying during truffle season!! The Collection restaurant in the village was outstanding. We enjoyed the short walk to breakfast every morning and our quiet strolls through the village, peeking in the shops and visiting the beautiful church. We are already planning a return trip to see the vast hillsides covered in sunflowers next summer!

Pleasant hotel just outside the city walls of San Querico d'Oricia. Our room was of a decent size, bright, quiet and very clean, but lacked any dressers or drawers for storing clothing, just a wardrobe for hanging. We had a nice patio with seating right off our room, but at night, the absence of proper blackout curtains allowed very bright lights to shine in to the room from a parking area behind the hotel. Suggest you avoid room 4 to escape this issue. The other quirk is that the hotel has no breakfast facility on site; breakfast is served at a sister property about a 10 minute walk away within the walls of the town itself.

Great location just outside the main entrance to San Quirico. Spotless clean with very professional personnel who truly works very hard to please guests. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms small but clean. We moved from an upstairs room to one with a small garden—which was much more enjoyable. As we stayed 8 nights having access to a private garden made a huge difference—note however that you will not be guaranteed a room with a garden! The upstairs room had a strange couch that was uncomfortable—basically just for show. We travelled with a small dog and were charged 20 euros a night extra for cleaning but we did not mind though it seems on the high side. The staff truly made an effort to make us and our small dog feel welcome. A bowl and a bed were provided. Breakfast was wonderful but we had to walk through town as it is only served at the main of the hotel. If it rains, it is a bit of an inconvenience but the hotel does lend guests an umbrella. Hotel parking is a nightmare and I cannot recommend it unless you have a tiny car. Free public parking is convenient and we never had an issue finding a spot.

The room was exceptionally appointed in every aspect. The hotel was unique in modern art and overall ambience. The staff were incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful. It was a central location. Breakfast was comprehensive, dinner was equally of a high standard.

Perfect service for tourists! I had never gotten any information about the city before arrival. However, all staff of the resort supported more than my expectations during stay, so enjoyed wonderful vacation. I will never forget their smile and service, and hope to visit the city once again.

Completely delightful stay in these beautifully restored historical buildings in a dreamy hill-top town. Exquisite design and attention to comfortable details, kind and sincere service, and of course a stellar breakfast. A total delight.

Tutto davvero molto bello e di classe, dalla stanza elegante e accogliente a gli ambienti comuni. Il ristorante ottimo buoni cibi e dolci. Il giorno dopo abbiamo fatto colazione sempre nello stesso ristorante e anche la colazione è stata davvero ottima. Tutto il personale gentile e disponibile Ci torneremo

Siamo stati accolti alla villa liberty veramente con dolcezza e disponibilità. La colazione e la cena top come la struttura, la camera e pulizia. Peccato aver soggiornato solo una notte. Ma torneremo di certo. Grazie a tutta la famiglia Genovese per l ottimo lavoro che stanno facendo a san Quirico d Orcia che con il comune stanno valorizzando uno dei borghi più belli della Toscana.

Eravamo già stati in questa struttura anni fa e già l’avevamo trovata accogliente… e questo è stato un soggiorno migliore: al nostro arrivo siamo stati subito accolti con attenzione, abbiamo fatto il percorso spa super rilassante ,(era tutto perfetto e ben curato).. poi la camera in una struttura esterna e anche lì il ragazzo alla reception gentilissimo e cordiale. Aperitivo offerto al bar centrale e colazione molto buona e abbiamo servita direttamente in tavola.. super coccolati!!
