Beautiful family run hotel in the heart of San Pelligrino. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and spotless, cleaned daily. View over the river is superb. A 1 minute walk from QC Terme and plenty of restaurants nearby. Bus to Bergamo goes from just outside the hotel door. Perfect spot for a few magical days in San Pelligrino.

We booked a table earlier in the same day for 8 PM and were they couldn’t accommodate a table at 8, so agreed we could have one at 9. We arrived at 08:50 to be told they were closed. They denied all knowledge of the booking despite the same staff being on shift. We went over the road to station terme which was amazing and very welcoming despite not having a booking.

Stayed on business for four nights. The room was clean and well maintained with good WiFi reception. I was lucky to get a room with a balcony only available on one side of the hotel. Parking is a small yard with access from the adjacent business. As it has shared access my entry was blocked on one occasion but when I spoke to the receptionist the offending vehicle was moved after its delivery was complete. The parking area is quite small but fortunately the Fiat 500 rental car I had is easy to park and manoeuvre. The restaurant food was excellent and breakfast includes cooked food to order. The highlight of staying in this area is the clean cold air surrounding the mountains. I haven't smelt air like that for many decades. Simply divine.

Thank you to the father and son team running this charming hotel in the heart of San Pellegrino! Location was wonderful and easy to walk in town. We greatly appreciated the extended hospitality after checkout giving us access for a shower and change after an unusually rainy mountain bike ride. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Hotel Centrale rispetta il suo nome, ponendosi in posizione centralissima della Citta' e con immediata vicinanza alle famose Terme. La struttura di lunga tradizione e la gestione familiare, puntuale e cortese, rendono il soggiorno semplice e gradevole. La cucina è buona, varia e con attenzione al territorio. La piccola spa, il personale della stessa (sig.ra Iva) hanno contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno rilassante e tutti i servizi sono stati rispettosi delle descrizioni offerte nel sito dello hotel. Consigliatissimo !

Ristorante pessimo, la locandina fuori bella grande prevedeva un menu, ma al momento dell'ordinazione non era previsto nessun piatto della pubblicità esterna. Alla richiesta di chiarimento ci è stato risposto che si sono dimenticati di sostituirlo. Visto l'orario abbiamo ordinato lo stesso, peccato porzioni del primo ridotte e nella formaggera era presente dei chicci di riso di qualche cliente precedente. Segnalato.

Hotel semplice ma con tutti i comfort.Colazione e cena direi soddisfacenti ....comodo per le terme Qc... ha una bella vista sul fiume Brembo.Comodo anche per raggiungere il ponte Tibetano a Dossena ....insomma un hotel adatto a qualsiasi esigenza

Hotel grazioso praticamente in centro paese e accanto alle terme. Check-in rapido, personale gentile, pulito e accogliente. Colazione abbondante e parcheggio gratuito in struttura; Abbiamo potuto lasciare l'auto lì anche dopo il check-out e ritirarla una volta usciti dalle terme.

Mi è stato regalato un cofanetto regalo per un weekend in hotel con spa, per il quale questo Hotel mostra disponibilità in qualsiasi data. Ho provato più volte a richiedere la prenotazione tramite il cofanetto regalo e l'hotel ha sempre rifiutato la prenotazione. Penso si trovi fra le località disponibili nel cofanetto solo per farsi pubblicità.
