Amazing Rooftop view. Amazing bed and mattress, i slept well. Amazing Belizean meals Amazing staff. Amazing service. Amazing driver who picked us up. I have been offered loyalty programm for my next trip in september. Extended two more days due to peaceful place.

Great place. Staff is super friendly and the hotel is clean and in a great location to get to secret beach. The view from the rooftop bar was exceptional and we had a delicious cocktail while enjoying the warm breeze. Will definitely visit again when we come back in August!

I had an incredible stay at The Watermark Belize! The staff were welcoming and attentive, making the entire experience feel special from start to finish. The food from the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. My suite was stunning—modern, spacious, spotless, and immaculately clean, with a super comfy bed that made it hard to get up in the morning. The entire hotel has such a beautiful and relaxing vibe. The rooftop pool and bar were definitely highlights—perfect for unwinding with a drink while enjoying amazing views. The location was also perfect—convenient and easy to get around. A special shoutout to the general manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Belize!

Outstanding stay at the Watermark Resort in San Pedro Belize (Ambergris Caye). To start with an overarching comment about the staff. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. From Danielle who was answering my emails before we arrived, to Caesar, Sessy, Alejandro, Caitlin, and many others who made sure our stay was enjoyable. As for the room we had an ocean view king room which was modern, clean and comfortable and maintained everyday. The resort has a restaurant and bar on the roof next to the pool and on the ground floor. We had breakfast there each day which was delicious and at a good price. Drinks at the Skyview Lounge by the pool or in the evening at Gustos lounge is a perfect experience. There is a workout room and spa as well as several other amenities that are all mentioned on the website. The facility is backed up by a generator that keeps the lights on and the internet available. There is a store nice door to the resort and several close eating and drinking establishments within walking distance. The location is conveniently located just north of the bridge on the main road. We rented a golf cart with the help of the front desk team. It was delivered to the hotel. We have been to other resorts over the several times we have stayed on Ambergris and we highly recommend this resort. Well done Watermark!

My room was clean and fresh, the bed was so comfortable, I also like that they have a special washcloth to remove makeup. The food was tasty, especially the Fry Jack, I even placed an order to bring it back home. The food service needs to be improved, even though my party who stayed at the hotel was 28 people, you would think that hotel management would arrange additional staffing. There were only two staff providing service at the restaurant for all guests, and at times, the staff had to make a drink and step away to drop off room service orders, which left one staff to attend to all of the guest's orders which wait time for breakfast was very frustrating. I was there for a friend's birthday celebration, and again the event was understaffed, considering that management was aware of this event in advance and did not have sufficient staffing for the event. Besides being unstaffed in the restaurant, I had an Awesome vacation.

My wife and I checked into this hotel on a Saturday night and asked if our room faced the water and the receptionist said yes but when got to our room it was not facing the water but other buildings and it was very noisy with vehicles passing below and people in the hallways. The room was called a King Suite but wasn’t very large at all!

Room was just right. We only needed it for 1 night. Love the shower and the balcony view to the ocean. Its not the best looking scenery, still need the outside to look as great as the inside, however customer service was great. You are offered a welcome drink 🍹, it’s a rooftop pool and bar. I would stay again if I needed too.

Single solo traveler from Lebanon. I fell in love with Belize, and this was the second trip.so This time, I decided to travel to the island and choose the watermark hotel. I did my research, and I had some good reviews, and I saw bad ones. But the real deal is that until you try yourself. Fairly new place. I also noticed some works that needed to be done on rooftop restaurants. But I have to say that doesn't stop that million dollar view. That peaceful time I had in this resort. Absolutely amazing food that has complete local flavor. I was tired of burgers and pizza life. I enjoyed great fish curry ,I enjoyed local rice and beans and enjoyed service by Bhajji. I will do say, though, I don't remember the waitress's name, who walks funny and has a very bad temperament. But that will not make me give this place 5 stars. I enjoyed the welcome given by sessy during check in. Even though I didn't get enough respect with other front desk name starts with P when i went to ask for pool towel. But I will still end my review with a very budget friendly hotel and nice food.Thanks for making stress lesser as I had enough.
