from start a bit long to check in but gave wrist band so had to come back later for key room ok but stuck in corner of building only sleeping and showering so ok food great for me drinks good use same glasses for beer and shorts so no messing around with differant glasses.. area very clean pools cleaned every day entertainment good most nights... nice quiet bar outside in hotel

This is our 5th time at this hotel so thought we should leave an honest review. We're a couple in our 50's & are looking for a good relaxing holiday.. sun, food & drinks. We have stayed in many resorts & hotels over the years (mostly 4 stars) but this remains our current favourite. The hotel isn't in a main resort but it's near many that are easy to visit. The beach is 10 mins away with a few bars & restaurants but being all inclusive we usually just go to nearest San Pedro for a day. The hotel has a free bus. Mostly Brit guests & French but also Polish, Scandi & Spanish. Everyone seems to love it as proven by the very high percentage of return guests. The hotel is low rise & very well maintained, staff work hard to keep it clean & tidy, lots of flowers & trees give it a village feel. There is a main pool with usual music & activities but a quieter pool which we normally use. No problem getting sunbeds. Rooms are basic but fine (showers are interesting as they are on the side of the bath but adequate) We book a superior room as we like a balcony & have requested the same room last few times which the hotel have sorted.. they don't need to do this so really appreciated! Food is excellent for 3 star, always something to eat, grilled meat & fish, casseroles, (although pizza & pasta could be better). Some bar staff are noticably friendlier than others (thanks to Manola & Atonio) but all work really hard & the drinks are excellent. Usual hotel entertainment music nights are best. All in all an absolute bargain. Just as good, if not better, then many 4 stars. Thanks to all the staff for another excellent time. See you September. Love Tami & Carl room 1118.

We’ve just come back from a week’s stay here and it was very pleasant. We arrived at the hotel at around 12:30 and our room wasn’t ready to check into, but we were given our all inclusive bands to take advantage of the bar and restaurant whilst we waited. The room was clean and ours overlooked the pool furthest from the bar, and was in a direction where we wouldn’t be hit by the sun which had pros and cons. The room didn’t come with a fridge (superior twin) which would have been handy as we had a little one and would have benefitted from storing some cool snacks in one for him but we know for next time! The food was average; it offered simplicities like pasta, chips and pizza for the kids and some exotic choices for adults, and plenty of fresh fruit. However my husband did have some raw chicken which put him off the meat for a few days. When it’s warm enough the pool closest to us offered some fun activities such as aqua gym, pool football and water carpet which both kids and adults can partake in. It was a great experience doing these and there’s some other activities hosted by the hotel staff such as yoga, mini golf, etc. However when it is raining there is limited activities for children and we did struggle when we had two days of rain. Another surprising feature was there is a coin operated washing machine and dryer which is accessible to anyone in the hotel. Definitely a great option for when you’ve run out of weather appropriate clothes! I’m going to finish the review by saying how amazing the staff are in this hotel. From the reception desk to the domestics and the dinner waiters, everyone was smiley, helpful and made our stay a great one. I’d recommend this hotel for a cheap break if you’re not planning on leaving your hotel, as there isn’t much to do in close proximity unless you’re planning to hop on a bus. We walked quite a distance to explore the surroundings but I wouldn’t call the area ‘touristy’ which was nice in some way.
