Casa de Los Olivos

Lovely charming place, friendly staff, great location, some rooms are on the ground floor street side. Breakfast simple but lovely. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. It has no bar or restaurant. Overall however a bit too pricy though for what it is!

Casa de Los Olivos has become my go-to accommodations for what will be many more trips to come. Its location ideal, accommodations comfortable, clean, and feature filled, roof top terrace-amazing, staff, warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. With special mention of, Melina L. She’s, an enormous part of the reason for this complimentary review of the establishment and certainly contributed to my extremely pleasant stay in San Miguel de Allende. Thank you Melina!

Comfiest bed and pillow I have slept in a long time (and I travel to great places at least 3 times in a month). Room #3 (lowest category) was spacious, beautiful, air conditioner was perfect for the size of the bedroom. Love their turnover service. The people working there were kind and very helpful. Terrace is beautiful. Breakfast included an item of freshly baked pan dulce (starts at 8am) juice or fruit, coffee or tea. You can always add extra items.

Great boutique hotel, very quaint, very clean, and the service is top notch. You will feel at home in this Spanish influenced architecture… you will not be disappointed! They provide turn down service every night, which will enhance your feeling at home

This boutique hotel is only a block from the main square with the large, beautiful pink church. It is a three minute walk to the church and the surrounding areas have many cute shopping options, nice restaurants, and bakeries. There are taxis very easily to access if you want to drive farther away, and do not want to walk too much. I would recommend this hotel for any age, but especially for people who are older because the boutique is on the ground floor very easy to get in and out of and smooth cobblestones to walk to the main areas. The staff is wonderful and they will get you pretty much anything you ask - coffee, beer, ice etc. Even though our room was on the main street, the windows shut and also have wood doors that shut over the windows so it is quiet at night. The rooms have air conditioning which is a bonus because even though the temperature is comfortable sometimes you would like to have the room a little chillier when you sleep. The beds are very comfortable. The linens are very soft. Bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner soap, lotion, nice towels, and robes. This would be a cute place to rent out as a group. There are five rooms so you could have five couples. We had a great experience ❤️

Great location. Comfy beds, and staff very accommodating. Good coffee in the morning. Plenty of bottled water and AC worked well. Great communication with Milena, who organised a driver. Overall a lovely time in San Miguel. Would come back and stay here again. Family options available.
