This is a lovely hotel in a fabulous location with friendly, helpful staff. Room with balcony had good amount of space and hotel was very clean. Hotel is not new, but was a pleasant place to stay. We walked everywhere. The staff helped us with a hike location and dinner reservation, and in both cases were happy to help.

I advise all international visitors to stay away from this place. As a family staying in 3 rooms we got: tiny rooms, musty smell, meagre breakfast, no hot water on one morning and wifi that failed to work throughout the entire stay. My brother's back was covered with red blotches that looked like insect bites. The hotel made zero effort to compensate or even say sorry for these issues, which we addressed upfront during the stay. The owner was downright rude asking us what did we expect because they are the "cheapest place" in town (NB: we paid 80 euros per night at the unofficial blue rate during high season). It could be cheaper at other times of the year. But it's "cheap" for a reason, I guess. To say we left disappointed would be an understatement. I urge all international visitors to avoid this place. Pay more and stay in a better hotel in this beautiful town. We bitterly regretted staying here.

La atencion de las chicas muy buena, la ubicacion perfecta, la habitacion buena, el wifi no anda muy bien y se escucha bastante los ruidos y la conversacion de la pieza de al lado. El balance es muy positivo

hermoso hotel, limpio, comodo, la ubicaicon no podia ser mejor, el desayuno muy rico y completo. Pero lo mejor es la atencion de todos los que trabajan ahi, desde el dia que les hablas para consultar hasta que te vas estan siempre atentos y dispuestos.
