酒店就在市中心，位置方便，就是剛到前台辦理入住的時候，酒店需要再收一筆税費，但是在攜程預訂時確實是已經全部付清房費，不過為了儘早入住，還是按照酒店要求付了錢，隨後和攜程聯繫，隔天就收到攜程回覆，答應退回相應的税費，當天攜程退費就到賬了，所以雖有不順，但很及時溝通和解決，特別是攜程的網絡電話溝通選項，對於身在境外，不方便接電話的客人，還是非常重要的一種及時有效的溝通方式。

Just came back from an overnight stay on a Saturday night. No issues with checking in. The room has new windows both in the front and rear which allowed for nice air circulation. Very comfortable bed, in fact, I slept in! Couldn’t hear the neighbors or even on the outside walkway (upper floor). Nice place for the price point.

As the title says, this is a basic, clean hotel. Not the newest, but it has features that I like. It's very CLEAN and has a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The WINDOWS OPEN, so you can get fresh air. Many newer hotels make you breathe the air from their A/C units. Everything in the room and bathroom worked. The two days that I stayed there were very quiet. Good location. You can walk to Cal Poly or walk to downtown SLO.

This was just a one night stop thank goodness nothing to do or anywhere to eat in the area! room was okay but very dated & a very loud fridge the curtains didn't fit well & the reception area was a mess stuff all over the receptionist was very chatty & helpful!

Microwave, fridge. Clean. Friendly staff. You need to knock on the door in the front office to get their attention.. If you drive to the end of the parking to there are covered spots. Tv channels were not what we watch. It looked like spectrum .

On the outskirts of SLO.. with other hotels. Fair price BUT VERY noisy at night. The air con in the bathroom was on all night next door, and kept me awake. The cheapest coffee machine in the world did not work.. I called the desk at 7:30 AM .. but was told at 7:45 AM "we don't open until 8AM" OK Bed was comfortable, but the rug rather gross. Good point: We were there on a THURSDAY night, market day in SLO and a free shuttle bus stops across the street.

I just had an awesome weekend stay. Came here for a Spartan Trifecta weekend. This place was a 20 minute drive to my venue location and had lots of great food options within less than a mile away! Room check in process was easy and quick. Front desk was always pleasant to answer my questions via phone or in person. The room was clean, had a microwave and refrigerator ok it’s own little pantry closet, a good size bathroom and a good size table with 2 chairs. The AC unit was strong which came in handy as it was 80 degrees weather in November. I accidentally put the “room needs servicing” sign in the door when I meant to request “do not disturb”. When I came back at at 4:30 pm the room was clean, bed was made - lots of fresh towels and they worked around the mess I left behind rushing off to my race that morning! Bedding looks brand new! I had a great night sleep! Night stand table had extra outlets and USB ports! Plenty of outlets in the room!
