For shared use: large, well-kept garden 600 m2 with lawn and trees, lawn for sunbathing. In the complex: sun terrace. 100 m long motor access to the house. Parking (for 5 cars) at 100 m on the premises. Silvia and Enrico are very kind and attentive hosts, the flat is usefully equipped and the location is also beautiful on the hillside with a view of the sea and San Lorenzo al Mare.
