This is a lovely family run hotel with comfortable rooms and a nice restaurant. We ate dinner and breakfast here. It has secure parking. We received a warm greeting with a welcome drink upon arrival. My daughters and I enjoyed a facial and massage too. They offer shuttles to the archeological park nearby. Everyone that worked here was so kind to us.

This is a perfect hotel for visiting the Valley of the Temples at Agrigento which is only 10 minutes drive away. Rooms are clean, well airconditioned, staff and very caring and friendly and the restaurant on site is good. The Scala dei Turchi is also an easy drive away. It's not really a base for a whole holiday but one that is great when touring Sicily.

I had read the reviews of this hotel and picked it because of its location to the valley of the temples. Honestly, I feel like the hotel is trying to do a bit too much. The location is about a 10 minute drive to the valley of the temples. However, it is in a section of town called San Leone which is an area that is a bit rundown. We did take a taxi into town and we were taken to a very lovely area. If you are interested in staying in a more upscale area, this is not the hotel for you. By the time we got to this hotel, we had been to several other boutique locations. I was expecting similar service, but we’re greeted with people who looked like had a very long day and did not even stand up to greet us. It just felt like they could barely be bothered to deal with us. Although they were nice, they just seemed kind of beaten down . I had booked this hotel by translating the website into English. While my first email was in English every other following email arrived in Italian. It took quite some labor to translate all of the messages. I feel like they could do better in dealing with English speaking guests. There are two parking areas. One is behind a closed gate and the other is simply an open air lot. Both of these parking lots are located across the street from the hotel. Because a tour bus was arriving we were encouraged to park in the open air lot. There was also no assistance to try to help us with our bags. Other hotels that we visited, had someone come to our car to help us unload. One of the perks is that if you have dinner at the hotel, they will provide you with a bus service to and from the valley of the temples. I believe they have a 930 drive to the valley and then a noon departure. I think they may also have a separate time frame, but because we had already pre-bought our ticket we did not take advantage of this. The hotel specifically calls itself a museum and spa. When you enter the hotel in the main lobby, there are several cases of artifacts that were found at the valley of the temples or nearby. These artifacts are actually very cool. Sadly, the little cards that were on them were all in Italian and I could not read them. in regards to being a Spa, we did not take advantage of the service so cannot comment on it. Not exactly sure where the Spa even was but other travelers have commented on it. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. My only comment would be that the door knobs were extremely tricky, and we had difficulty figuring it out until we spoke to a maid who hand gesture to us how to do it. They had a nice breakfast where you could eat indoors or outdoors on their lovely patio. Across the street is a pool and a small playground. I also heard that they have access to a beach, but we did not go there. If you have children, this would be a good location for you. There was nothing specifically bad at this hotel but there was also nothing specifically wonderful. It was a bit shabby and we weren’t greet

Perfect stay at a delightful boutique hotel—modern, comfortable, immaculate. Excellent A/C. Great parking and breakfast. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We stayed for one night for our tour of the Valle dei Templei. After driving around Palermo and Catania searching for our hotels, this was a breeze. Very easy access to the temples and restaurants.

We spent 3 nights here as part of a 2 week trip in Sicily and would say this hotel is 3* at best. Whilst the staff are lovely and helpful, the hotel is let down by the location in the really scruffy area, San Leone, The beds are comfortable but the bedroom was very small as was the bathrooms. The hotel offers a very basic menu of food but is not a pizzeria despite the signage. We visited Agrigento on our last evening for dinner and had a lovely meal, well worth a visit. Also Lido Majata Beach is lovely if you want to spend a day at the beach. We did the evening tour of the Valley of the Temples with the hotel which was great, and the lighting of the temples was superb to see at night - take water as it’s very hot! If you’re only wanting to visit the temples I’d recommend staying just 1 night and do the evening tour as it’s free as long as you eat dinner in the hotel.
