The Weekender by Otium

The property was super clean! The entire Staff was super friendly! Steven gave wonderful food recommendations. The bartenders were phenomenal!!!! Staff members that made this experience a 10/10 are Hector, Steven, Miguel,Liz & Leroy !!! This was such a lovely stay! If I’m ever in Puerto Rico again I would absolutely stay here!!!

The property is beautiful. The bartender Crystal was pleasant. Anhil was amazing. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property. The amenities that was listed and stated was not provided in the room. On the first afternoon, we had to ask for a trash can for the room. When the host reached out to inquire on the stay, we advised them of the missing items. On the second morning, we received a note explaining all the amenities we should have in the room. (Snacks, water, robes) A few minutes later, we had a knock on the door with a robe and two bottles of water given to us). We still did not receive additional towels. On the Monday morning of check out, we paid an additional $50 to check out two hours later. Hours later, we were told we have to ask in advance. (1. No attendees on property after 4pm on Sunday and it is now 9:42 on Monday and no one is still on the property- so who and how do you ask for a late check out) We tried to call the establishment. The phone went to a fast busy. Called again, and it said the number was disconnected.
