Cala Laiya

If you are looking for a quite province like get away choose Cala Laiya resort.. the staff were amazing and very friendly..food was great as well

Great place to stay with family and friends. They have a wide area and good distance between cabins. Some cabins (farthest from the beach) have weak mobile signal for both Smart and Globe. Some cabins also have weak wifi due to distance with the router but they do have Starlink in the lounge and dining area. Our CR is a bit messy because water from our wet suits pools on the floor because water doesn’t flow properly into the drain. Relax to stay

I made the booking on the date of my arrival as i was stuck there in Laiya that i was not able to catch the last bus back to Manila. The room and service also the food is nice except that they might forget to put some amenities inside but this is understandable as my reservation is really ad-hoc. I really enjoyed the vibe and the experience of having dinner next to the beach, so romantic. This is absolutely amazing to spend your weekend escaping from the concrete jungle in my city. Also they got a tablet in the room so you can communicate with the staff immediatly, that's really convenient. There is a staff really really helpful , he is cute and with a geniue and charming smile on the face, helped me to get to the place i was planned to go. He gave me the right direction and make me a memo so that i could pass to the van driver in my transition. I am really appreciated for the help as the transportation in philippinesis is quite confusing.

We had a family reunion at Cala Laiya for 4 days and 3 nights, and all the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. Despite being a large group with many kids, they met all our needs with a smile, making us feel both trusted and welcomed. As a parent, I especially appreciated the personalised cake made for our son's 7th birthday. A big thank you to Chef Jomer and his team for this thoughtful gesture. And for Sir Karl and his team for always serving us with our delicious meals with lots of patience and a smile on their faces. Our children enjoyed all the activities and amenities the resort offered. My husband and I were delighted by how clean and free from insects, sand flies, and mosquitoes the resort was. We’ll always be grateful for the exceptional experience - Thanks to all the staff working in Cala Laiya!

Great service, the staff are all accommodating , friendly and helpful. Superb and scrumptious food. Very Clean, hygienic and kid-friendly spot. Well maintained property, “you get what you pay for”. I would highly recommend this resort to all my friends and relatives.
