Amazing place. A little gem. Everyone was so friendly, the chef made awesome food and the cafe very cozy. The view is stunning. Loved waking up to the sunrise and the waves of the ocean. Peaceful and quiet. Perfect spot for staying in the northern part of siargao .

Staff were insane. Felt like I was staying at a home away from home. Would 100% recommend them. Best service we’ve ever had whilst travelling abroad!

Absolutely loved this little gem of a boutique hotel. The location was far away from General Luna, but the seclusion was welcomed - if you're looking for a more peaceful stay. I loved that the hotel was very private and the atmosphere was relaxing. There was surfing right next the to hotel as well so no need to fight for waves by Cloud 9 - perfect for beginners! Make sure to book a shuttle to and from the airport beforehand to avoid extorted rates. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and stay there again for future trips.

My stays here have been absolutely rejuvenating, and I highly recommend Trogon's Perch to anyone visiting Siargao. This place is a gem of its own. The room are nice and feel more like the southwest USA than Siargao. The staff is very nice accommodating. You do check in at the restaurant since they do not have a regular concierge space. The room is quite spacious and the view at night and in the morning is just exceptionally beautiful. I stayed only for 2 days which was quite short but enough to experience the place. My room did have roaches which was a first for me in my stay in Siargao. I did meet the manage of the restaurant training the staff in the western way of doing things which was very nice. I will recommend the place if you want to have peace and seclusion with great service! For the surfers, there is a path to go down the beach that is easily accessible
