Great cooking class! We loved the local knowledge, culture, and the food! The farm and area around are beautiful. Simple, quality ingredients put together just right. We made a nice fresh bruschetta, handmade noodles used with the garlic-tomato sauce we made, another pasta dish with onions, cannellini beans, and loads of parmesan, and finally chicken saltimbocca. We had a nice lunch with wine pairings, and also got to taste different pecorino cheeses with sweet-savoury marmalades. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone with an interest in food, regardless of their experience in the kitchen.
