Nice hotel in good location to walk about to the piers for any trips would like to go on. Big breakfast hall with everything you could want. Highly recommended

"A ruined gift and complete disappointment!" I wanted to give my friend a special Christmas gift — I booked a hotel stay for her from December 7th to December 8th, 2024, and bought a ticket to a show. However, during the booking process, the system wouldn’t let me enter her name because the name on the payment card had to match the guest’s name. After completing the payment, I immediately submitted a request to change the guest’s name, but it was denied. I tried a second time, only to receive another refusal. We thought we could fix this issue at check-in, but we were met with yet another refusal. In the end, my friend had to pay for an additional room, which resulted in unexpected expenses and ruined the entire experience. What was meant to be a joyful surprise turned into stress, frustration, and deep disappointment. I felt heartbroken because the whole purpose of this gift was to make her happy, but it was completely spoiled due to the hotel’s inflexibility and indifference. This level of customer service is unacceptable. The refusal to help with such a simple request shows a shocking lack of empathy and professionalism. I will never use this hotel again, and I strongly advise others to avoid it if they value respect and decent service.

Location is good closevto warf. Checking in is slow with a long line. Parking on site is not good if you have a large SUV...park somewhere else. No Spa but would still stay again.

Great location and service. Breakfast is good but the same thing everyday. Lots of street parking available around hotel but read the signs carefully.

I stayed for 4 nights. Great breakfast selection. However, menu stays the same. It's crowded every day. Accessible location to touristy areas. Best to take an uber to and fro airport.

The hotel is in a great location, just minutes away by foot to Fisherman's Wharf. Lombard Street and Chinatown are both accessible by foot, as well as the trendy Russian Hill/Polk St area with many bars and restaurants. There are multiple rental car locations a few minutes walk away as well so that you can drive across the Golden Gate Bridge and go to the Battery Spencer Lookout or continue onwards to Sausalito and Muir Woods. Note that there are two wings of the building and we were placed in the wing separate from the main lobby and dining room, and the steps were not wheelchair accessible. The service and amenities are good, but we had a first floor room facing the street and it was quite noisy at times due to the poor noise isolation where you could hear people talking outside on the street quite clearly. Overall, the location was good and the value was quite high with breakfast being included (it was fine, nothing special).

入住比較晚 換了2回房，告知沒的換了，因為房間有非常明顯的一股好像有人很久不洗澡的油膩味兒，不知道為什麼沒人評論過。酒店設施老，主要就是地理位置方便，住多了真受不了，後來選了味道稍微小點兒的一間，空調是在室內很大聲工作那種，睡眠不好，對味道敏感的慎重選擇！ ！ 早餐就是能吃飽，質量衞生就別要求了。刀叉自己再擦擦

遠低於預期。雖然靠近漁人碼頭，但與其説是高檔酒店不如説更象一個招待所。因為相比其他高檔酒店價格低，所以住的老外比較多。 1、我們上午十點到前台check in, 有房間空岀來，但是不給入住，除非交50美金的提前入住費，否則必須等到13:30以後再來辦一次；這次行程我們前後住過三家酒店，衹有這一家是非要收這個錢的，日航與君悦都可以拒付但衹要有房仍可入住，衹有這家是有房也不給你入住； 2、接待我們的是兩名華人前台，語氣生硬不給好臉，剛開始以為是他們的性格，沒想到轉身對別的國家的客人笑的象朵花，那嘴臉實在讓人噁心；同樣花錢住酒店，還受這種氣； 3、房間裏沒有中央空調，而是一個大型窗式空調，聲音很吵，奇怪的是還放一個假的控制器，設定半天發現是假的；入住時按人數一次性給一人一瓶水，不論住幾天都是一瓶，有水機但沒熱水，而且離的很遠；最受不了的是沒有一次性拖鞋，冬天在衞生間冰冷的地面上光腳踩着的感覺實在難受，我們衹能把浴巾鋪到地上，其他客人可能也會這麼做的，可想而知那浴巾有多臟； 4、再説當時吸引我選它的早餐，東西多但都是比較便宜的食材，水果品質差，最多是各種麪包，很少有蛋白蛋類食物，舊金山高檔酒店早餐標配的煙燻三文魚也沒有，對我這種喜歡肉食的來説完全沒有胃口； 我們這次選的三家酒店中，這家最便宜，但是體驗是最差的，從入住到離開，無不讓人感受到處處摳門和冷漠，不如選擇一個舒適型的酒店。

位置：距離漁人碼頭、鐺鐺車HYDE和MASON終點站都不遠，周邊步行範圍內很多餐飲，距離租車點也不遠。 早餐：算是比較豐富了，可以吃很飽，一天兩頓 房間：中規中矩，有洗髮水沐浴露，沒有拖鞋牙具梳子，這在美國比較常見。 交通：機場打車到酒店大概30分鐘，具體看是否堵車。 不足：酒店衹有CHECK IN按人頭給一瓶礦泉水，即便入住多天也衹給一次；不隔音，有點吵，樓上走路、隔壁開關點燈都能聽很清楚。 性價比還可以，尤其含早。

優點：環境不錯，床舒服，早餐豐富，空調給力 缺點：這個酒店除了毛巾和紙，別的用品一律不提供，包括拖鞋。另外水量太小了，浴缸也比較小，身材稍微大一點的人，轉個身都會覺得不舒服
