My recent stay at Grand Hyatt was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with impeccable service and a warm welcome that set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The hotel's location is simply stunning, offering breathtaking views and easy access to all the major attractions in the city. The accommodations were spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with every modern convenience to ensure a comfortable and luxurious stay. The staff at Grand Hyatt went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. They were attentive, friendly, and always went out of their way to assist me with anything I needed.

Amazingly comfortable and clean hotel - excellent view from the room towards the bay. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful recommending things to do and storing baggage until departure after checkout.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. There are many sightseeing nearby.

It’s okay to stay at the heart of SF next to Union Square. A bit outdated and small. Staff is ok. Go there if it fits your needs, I might use another one.

Hi - the protest outside the hotel is insane. Shouldn’t be in operation. No one can work and sleep.

It was a business travel, superior location i would say, good service.

I have stayed at room 1620, AC is too noisy and not working properly. There is also some sound with fire dedicator which should be inspected! Another point during mu booking I have put comment that possibility of having window opening option, during check in I have asked specifically for it, I was confirmed that window of 1620 opens slightly, unfortunately it didn’t!

地理位置完全ok的，就在聯合廣場旁邊，一分鐘就走到了。房間整體也很大，房間設施也都齊全，酒店樓下大堂坐着也很舒服。行李員都很貼心，從Uber下來到房間都不需要自己拿行李。沙發上衞生感覺沒有國內乾淨。

總體不錯，地理位置非常好，而且有瓶裝水供應。但住的時候恰逢鬧罷工，實在是太吵了；還有早餐每天都一樣，連住一週實在是有點吃膩了

位置非常好，在聯合廣場邊上，房間面積還可以，床品也不錯，衞生間不是太大，但是也算不錯，早餐服務挺好，就是可選的太少。餐廳的餐做得很好，可以去試試。總體很滿意。

碰上樓下游行，非常糟糕，連續三天從早上7點一直到晚上十點，敲鑼打鼓從來沒有斷過。十分幹擾內心，前台沒有任何安擾客户的情緒，而且我們要求更換房間，他們也一拒絕，讓我們很難受 下次不會適
