The location is the highlight of my stay. We walked to the Mail daily for food and shopping. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast omelette is excellent. The room is clean and snacks were free for my premium room. I will return to this hotel next time.

Toilet paper so thin you can see through it. For that money you can stay in a Holiday Inn where they give you robes. Serious lack of amenities. Plastic water cup in the bathroom is no thicker than a finger nail. No paper nor pencil near the phone. Sit on the edge of the bed and you can slide to the floor. Thread bare chairs and on and on. The water use fixture for the bathtub / shower is so old they have instructions on how to use it. And the free water they give you for Gold Hilton members is small and if you want to refill it, you have to go to the lobby. I travel a lot (well over 3 million miles) and I have never seen that water container except at this hotel. It seems, anywhere, any time, any circumstance when they can save a little, they will do this. Very little consideration for the guests comfort. Because of the location, I have stayed at this Embassy Suites 40 plus times.

We just stayed at this location a month ago and had a great experience. This time not so much. The pullout sofa bed was horrendous and all anyone could fill were springs (not the case with the last room here). Our room did not look like it had been thoroughly cleaned. The cooked-to-order breakfast was just ok - food was not hot except the coffee. Please stop cutting corners and make this place better.

Amazing Hotel, little bit pricy but quite sophisticated in every way. Didn't have to worry about anything. Amazing staff who offered service with a smile.

The location is very convenient, close to UTC across the road, and close to UCSD by Trolley.  The suite with two rooms is awesome, especially with family member who snores, it gives better and quite room to sleep.

Very close to shopping mall. Great breakfast. Staffs are nice.

Excellent hotel 5star service

房間很寬敞 光線差一些 設施和裝修設計老舊 這個價位的美國大部分酒店都這樣。 但整體還是整潔大方的。入住率挺高，早餐比較單一 不太符合中國胃 優在地理位置 走去商場還是很近的。吃飯叫外賣都挺方便。

在美國住宿大部分飯店會收停車費，但是你在瀏覽網頁預訂的時候很容易忽略，停車場在進入飯店車道左邊那棟建築物，用房卡進出，收費ㄧ晚US$42，滿貴的，check-in時櫃檯不會告訴你，並且需要提供任一張信用卡做為預取授權金額約US$52。 早餐在一樓中庭 早餐時間：weekday 6:30am-9:30am weekend/holiday 7:00am-10:00am 需自行找位子，座位數不多。 我們去的時候，健身房/spa/游泳池是在整修不開放。 喜歡飯店客房是套房式的設計，主臥室是king size大床，客廳有一張是沙發床。房內有提供免費咖啡、茶包、氣泡水，浴室有洗髮沐浴用品、身體乳。房內插座足夠使用，在一樓電梯旁有飲水機，枕頭偏軟，床好睡，以預訂的房價來說很實惠，但是停車費會是一個考量。

酒店最大的優點是位置很好，拉霍亞是聖地亞哥的富人區，離市區有點遠，但相對安全乾凈，離UCSD和拉霍亞海灘不遠，人少景美，酒店對面是個超大的餐飲購物區，吃喝玩樂一應俱全。 酒店本身有點老舊了，房間設施感覺得有20年了，不過面積倒是夠大，家庭房，户型像住家的一居室，有門能完全隔離，這點比較好。房間裏微波爐冰箱咖啡機啥都有，適合全家遊。 酒店很大，房客很多，略顯吵鬧，早餐人滿為患。有自己的停車樓，很方便。

這個酒店全套房，給了12樓風景好，安靜，早餐豐富可以點現做的omelet. 其實衹有現做omelet那裡需要刷卡，其他早餐隨便進，沒人管。一樓Avis租車櫃枱幫我解決了車子的一些問題，我就不換車了，再開一天還掉算了。 樓下中餐份量大，兩個人兩個菜吃得飽飽的。對面商務中心沒去，還得走幾步路，所以就吃了緊挨着酒店的中餐館，裝修漂亮，吃得順口。停車42刀太貴了，給你一張卡片擋擋風玻璃那裡，證明是酒店客人，就停地面了，在Avis租車停車位對面，不想進停車庫，跟前台説，前台説隨便停。這樣大包小包拿行李方便。整體來説我對房間很滿意，四星水平有的。

酒店位置搭乘公共軌道交通方便，可以步行到馬路對面的UTC transfer station直達UCSD、old town。因為沒有標準雙床房了，房間被升級成超大套間，有一個能容6人吃飯的餐桌的飯廳，一個帶5人座位的轉角沙發的客廳，一個大卧室和洗手間、水吧，微波爐、咖啡機都配，可惜沒有熱水壺。設備有些陳舊，裝修略有年代感，不過還是非常滿意。
