The pool house is private and is located on the first floor of a home occupied by the owner who lives on the second floor and is on site to help with anything. But be assured you have all the privacy you want and need. We are near the beach in Ocean Beach, and near the San Diego bay. We feature a wrap around pool deck that's perfect for sun bathing. Enjoy the pool house environment that welcomes outdoor style living inside a cool pool house. I can't help but remember a comment from one of our guests who felt right at home in our pool house, and enjoyed our near perfect weather. He loved the easy California lifestyle that this rental affords whether lounging by the pool or enjoying our calming garden. The Poolside guest house features a New A/C /Heater unit installed June 2024. accommodations include 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, and 1 full bathroom. There is also a comfortable pull down Full Murphy Bed in the living room to accommodate up to four guests. The pool is heated with a solar blanket and solar panels during Spring, Summer and Fall. The solar blanket provides heating when the sun is out especially from April-October. Enjoy your stay in this Classic California home with up to 700 square feet of space. The large living room/kitchen area features an efficiency kitchen, and dining area. We also feature a large patio by the pool that is equipped with a BBQ grill. Enjoy the outdoor patio year round with a meal poolside. We are close to most San Diego attractions like Sea World, the Zoo, or fishing on San Diego Bay or tanning on our nearby beaches. Ideal for small families of 4 or 3 or 2 people or a single person who's looking for a cool getaway. Last year we just finished constructing a new wrap around deck poolside! You can also rely on a washer and dryer that comes with the rental. Our newly renovated high fence offers great privacy around the entire property.
