An original 1917 home that has been fully renovated and transformed into a re-designed/re-envisioned space with modern amenities. Original home was my childhood residence and in 2016 it was completely stripped to bare bones and every nook and cranny has been updated to the most current Title 24 California Building Code Standards for safety as well as building energy efficiency providing all who stay comfort and the protection a home should always provide. The Renovation and Addition/Alteration was a city approved project with a full city approved plan set that is registered with the city and every detail was adhered to for the redevelopment of the original home. All mechanical and electrical systems are new.
