Hotel Aimarawa

We had booked one night for 8 people. We were arriving in our own vessel (a catamaran) and they failed to tell us before arriving that if the tide was high the could not pick us from the catamaran. At the time we arrived, and we were close to their location they said that they could not pick up us and we should find a way to get there by car. The nearest port where we could dock our catamaran was one hour away of sailing in choppy and dangerous waters plus an hour by car to get to their place (if we found any transportation close to that dock and at night). While we were all waiting in the catamaran and the tide was getting worse I must have called them at least 10 times to figure out if they could help us find another boat from the area as we were not seeing any close by. They continued hanging up on me and saying "So sorry, its not our problem". As the afternoon was falling and the ties getting more dangerous we needed to find a place to moore for the night. The hotel then charges me the full amount and sends me an email saying that we were a no-show. The full amount was USD 1,300 for one night. I started calling them again to reason with them to reach an agreement because they failed to provide a service and they continued hanging up on me. Could never speak to a manager and was never able to get passed the person who attends probably at the desk. This hotel is advertised as luxury in the region, yet their customer service is absolutely awful. We lost USD 1,300 and had an awful and dangerous time in the water.

Hotel en primera línea frente el mar, con paisajismo maravilloso , arquitectura bellísima en madera , comida exquisita , ambiente limpio, buena atención y armonizado con Feing Shuit. Lugar ideal para familias , amigos y parejas . Spa con circuitos energéticos y masajes

Lastima, fuimos 6 parejas, todos soñamos con tener una habitación con vista al mar, pero a 2 parejas nos ubicaron detras de todos lo Bungalows y no fué lo que nos vendieron y por eso pagamos la tarifa de US 400 x noche, pero te venden una vista panorámica segun la Sra. Karime, administradora del Hotel, la cual no existe, es la parte trasera del otro Bungalow...lo peor, no se interesaron en resolver nuestra inconformidad .... que decepción...
