Customer service and cleanliness are very great. Location near to BTS station, very convenient to go to other places.

Everything was good except for the shower. It's a shame the shower needs fixing. Everything else was good.

I love this hotel. Room is super clean and spacious. Easy to travel around which near to Samrong and Bearing BTS. Many foods and night market nearby. Very close to Imperial Mall where can access many banks. Room price is very reasonable and breakfast is awesome. Love to stay there again in future.

The Price is affordable. Location is ok matching up with this price range. The room is clean. The soap and champoo might not good, please bring your own. Allergies could happen. Services are not that good for example I asked to borrow a plate as I can put some food and eat in my room. The reception would tell you that borrowing cutlery and dishes is subject to a fee. I have never experienced this kind of charge even in a 5 star hotel. The bed and pillows are not comfortable. Bathroom looks old. My bathroom has some water leaked on the floor all the time. I could hear other guests shutting the door so loud in the middle of the night and it’s not a one time thing. This woke me up a few times. All in all, I won’t be a guest at this hotel again. One time is enough.

The room is large enough. But it is much darker than it looks in the pics. I would prefer that the light be changed to brighter ones. Other than that, the staff are helpful and friendly.

The room was old and dingy. Lights in the room was also very dim. Doors are quite thin and you can hear the hallway. Location is however quite good.

The room is airy and clean. 24-hour reception service is available and the staffs are friendly. The hotel is not far from BTS Bearing. But the shower is not so good.

A nicely decorated hotel. Our room is spotlessly clean and spacious. The sofa is comfortable. It is close to the BTS Bearing station. Just 7 mins walk. I didn't buy the breakfast ticket, but my friends said the breakfast was quite good. Have bread, egg and salad. Limited choice of fruit. Most are Thai style hot dishes. Don't have expectations of the coffee provided. I ordered foodpanda for breakfast, but the restaurant did not allow me to use their dishes. There's a microwave which is a plus. Generally speaking we had a comfortable stay.

Dreaded the walk from Bearing BTS station even though it's only 400m or so. Tired yet spacious facility with some shops and services around. No hot water. Wifi was fast and staff were helpful.

Stayed for 4nights with family. Booked the double room which on the website described as 2 double beds. However it was not as mentioned, when clarified with front desk, the staff said they do not have such rooms & blamed it on thirdparty booking apps. No other compensation done. Otherwise, lobby & dining area pretty comfortable. Rooms dim lights & were bit thin-wall- quite loud if other guests are slamming doors and shouting outside. Breakfast spread was affordable, with variety of western & local food. Location good, near BTS station. Would probably be more suitable for short stays.

Near BTS bearing station, room and service are average, nice place to stay.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the staff, and the check-in process was quick and efficient, taking less than 5 minutes. I had booked a double bed, but to my disappointment, we were given a twin-bed room instead. This meant my partner and I had to sleep separately. Despite this, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room came with a balcony and a bathtub, which were nice touches. One major letdown was the lack of advertised facilities. Contrary to what was described on Trip.com, the hotel does not have a pool, gym, or fitness facilities. This was quite disappointing, as we had chosen the hotel partially based on these features. On the bright side, the hotel location made it easy to explore nearby night markets and restaurants within walking distance. The front desk staff were pleasant and polite. Although some could only communicate in Thai, they were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made our stay more enjoyable. For the price, the hotel met most of my expectations. The quality of service and the comfortable room made up for the shortcomings in facilities. Overall, our stay at Clef Hotel was pleasant. The combination of good service, comfortable accommodations, and a convenient location made it a decent choice. However, I would advise future guests to verify the available amenities beforehand.

The location of the hotel is quite far towards Central World Shopping Mall, approximately 25 mins drive with additional 50baht to use the toll highway to avoid the traffic. Breakfast selection is variety and value for money. It is a bonus when staying at the hotel. Shower water pressure is low and needs to be improved. Overall, is a pleasant stay during these 5 nights with this reasonable price with breakfast complimentary.

Awsome. I love this hotel. I can't wait to make another booking at Clef Hotel.
