據説是薩姆松唯一的一家五星級酒店，位置離市區有點距離，步行十分鐘以內有電車和公交車站，市中心打車過來大概100里拉。 床很舒服，可以看到美麗的城市景色，就是面積比較小。早餐相當豐富，應該是在土耳其吃過最棒的早餐。 私享海灘比較差勁，臟兮兮的，衞生間也衹開放了一間還比較臭。

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The gym was amazing, the pool was amazing, and the view was amazing. The location is perfect, everything was very clean, and the staff were really nice. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything you could want is provided, personnel are excellent, especially Aydin, who goes out of his way to be of assistance Good vibe, very enjoyable, two pools. 10/10 would recommend Everything is available per request and convenience👍🏻🫶🏻

I’ve been this hotel for four nights. Everything was good. Staff were very polite. My second home hotel home in Samsun thanks to the professional staff especially Mr. Teoman and Mümin .. thanks for your great service and hospitality.. I can’t thank you enough..it’s so comfortable and cosy .. seaside hotel with great views of the Black Sea

This was an outstanding place to stay while visiting for a week in Samsun. The hotel is new and very clean with lots of amenities. The front desk staff was outstanding, providing everything that we needed. For example, we got a an adapter for the electric outlets when ours didn’t work. We enjoyed the wonderful breakfast buffet each morning. It was full of all kinds of good food. Be sure to try the omelette bar and the fresh fruit. Kardelen and Erbay were wonderful servers and although I speak very little Turkish and they spoke very little English we were able to communicate and they attended to every need. I highly recommend this hotel if you travel to Samsun

It's a great restaurant. The food is live up to, and the staff is also very enthusiastic, especially Ahmet chef and service Rümeysa. Looking forward to everyone coming. The environment of the restaurant is also great, very quiet, and you can see the beautiful scenery.

Excellent facilities with friendly staff. Loyalty members well recognised. I particularly appreciate Ugur, a receptionist, for his wonderful service. Although it is a bit far from the city centre, you do not need to go out of the hotel, as it has everything.

Facility is great, but some staff are lazy or do not know what they should do for good service. Most of the time they speak with each other or do something else with guests out of their sights. Is it the Turkish standard?! It is definately not the Sheraton’s standard. It is particularly the case in the restaurant Fora.
