Four A Resort Jammu

The resort as a whole was great. Restaurant and food asked for were delivered abruptly. Thanks to that. And the rooms were spacious. But all services "asked for" , are never readily available here. Hot water only if asked ,taps had hot water...otherwise not.. Even a waste bin told to be replaced, they dont replace it, from rooms. You ask a tissue during function on the grounds, they told us to go get it from restaurant. When function is already on grounds, the tissue should also be provided there only right. Very funny. Even for a small cine show in the game zone, its very pricey for a normal person. We have seen lots of game zones in many malls of metropolitan cities like Dubai, Qatar, Kuwait, Kochi and many more.. But never have seen so costly fun activities. Funny that , Even a Theme Park ticket doesnt cost this much. Anyways, lets Keep that aside.. The services provided here like cycling , are not maintained and not rideable because its not properly aired, and nor shall they fill the air for us, even if we ask for it. !!! Very very funny INDEED. The roads to this place is too bad ,old age people if coming , will surely get their backbones ache for some days. Overall. For such a large resort in Jammu, The services and hospitality is too bad according to me and my whole family' opinion. Need to improve, otherwise we are anyways not going to recommend .. others also will not recommend this place if you are not willing to improve. Good day

Room was good pool side room which is good and relaxed and food is also good this hotel went above and beyond to make stay amazing and peaceful also other activities for kids like game zone are good fun to enjoy thanks .............
