The location is excellent. Near to HBF and bus terminal. Easy access to other cities like Hallstatt and Konigssee

Hair found on the towel upon checking. Floor feels sticky, No amenity in the room at all, no kettle, no water, no fridge, only 1 bench, no table or chair or luggage rack as well. Staff are friendly and helpful, can ask for in room slippers. Kettle, water and microwave at lobby, which makes life inconvenient for guests to go down to get it. 3 mins walk to main station.

Cozy hotel! The location was super convenient, walking distance from train station. Check in process was smooth and the staff was very helpful. The room was clean, equipped with smart tv! Really like the design here! Recommending this to everyone who is planning to visit Salzburg! This is the hotel you will not want to give a miss.

Very nice hotel! Really spacious and clean room with nice design. The furnitures are new and well arranged . Breakfast rather expensive but delicious and with wide range of choice. The only inconvenience is the lack of table, which made us not easy to eat inside the room.

Overall good… because the hotel near from train station

The room is quite clean and the staff is nice. Free water and apples are provided. However, there is no house keeping (for two-day stay). No fridge in the room. If you want to store your luggage, you need to pay extra. Not recommended.

1st thing first - the location of this hotel is 2nd to none as it is just across the Salzburg main train station and the main bus station. Moving around is hence super convenient. There is also a supermarket that opens late at the train station for grocery needs. However, room wise, we have a room for 4 and the room is really really tiny. With 2 beds, one of which is the sofa bed, there is hardly any space left. Amenities in the room can also be improved. For instance, there is no kettle provided in the room. You have to go to the lobby to use a common one. No fridge in the room. No housekeeping unless you ask for it. No coffee and tea provided. Only 2 cups in the toilet. It's the little things that are missing that would have made this a really nice place to stay. Parking is at 21 Euros per day. Pretty reasonable I would say. If you are for convenience to public transport, this is very much it for you, but comfort is lacking.
