We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Goldglasse. It is a very small hotel. There is no lobby just a little room where we checked in by a delightful lady (sorry I didn't catch her name). She offered us a glass of sparkling wine or tea and then showed us to our room. The room was very spacious with a separate seating area. The bathroom was clean, bright and modern and the shower was great. The little details sometimes make or break a hotel stay for me and there was such great attention to detail here. There were luxury feeling products in the bathroom including conditioner and body lotion which you often don't get. There was a kettle as well as a high quality coffee maker. Even the hairdryer was of a much better standard than normal hotel hairdryers. The bed was very comfortable. The location is great - right in the old town and not more than 10 mins walk from all the main sights. Lovely bakery at the end of the road (turn right out of the hotel). Overall a great little hotel that I would highly recommend.

樓店在老城區的核心位置，樓下就是老城商業街。酒店是老建築，有電梯。特別是酒店的服務員，特別熱情，服務細緻，值得稱讚！酒店的設施設備非常好，房間乾淨衞生。來薩爾茨堡旅遊，這家酒店是非常好的選擇。

My Wife and I enjoyed this hotel in quiet part of the heart of Salzburg so much! The room was quiet lovely and had a beautiful decor! The food in the restaurant was so wonderful and the fish was cooked perfectly. What made the hotel special was the General Manager Ulrike who welcomed us with warm towels and a wonderful toast for two of prosecco! She made us feel like family! What a great place and this hotel was a highlight of beautiful Salzburg!! Thanks again to Ulrike

This is a beautiful boutique hotel. We just love it’s appointments and furnishings. It’s is great location to walk around and sightsee. We did have trouble finding it, and finding parking, which was frustrating but well worth it; we would certainly go back and stay here again.

From the warmest welcome imaginable with a glass of Sekt to the comfy bed, the central location and absolutely delicious, abundant breakfast, we can't fault this delightful hotel. Our room was large and beautifully decorated with delicate ceiling stencils contrasting with bold yellows and reds, which worked well. The bathroom was luxurious with an enviable shower. We were impressed at the thoughtful touches for example an umbrella, complimentary drinks in the fridge and a shoehorn resting on the coat rack. Ulrike couldn't have been lovelier and more helpful, and Beatrix, the breakfast waitress, was delightful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salzburg - and wish we were still here.

I highly recommend Hotel Goldgasse. It's not only an outstanding charming hotel, but an awesome hotel that made me feel as home. All the staff is a treasure and has a unique approach to clients with warmth and sincerety second to none. I admire the way they treat you as family . Ulrike, Nico, Amin, and all the staff provide an E.X.C.E.L.L.E.N.T service🥰 and every time I need them “They were there for me as heaven”. This is the only way to describe happiness and customer satisfaction!

I made the reservation from New York and perhaps did not check enough. We expected an old hotel that kept its Charme. The furnishings certainly did not. Our reservation was for a suite but the room was a standard room with suite price . The room was very clean and the adjoining restaurant was nice with a pleasant breakfast. The location was lovely except when leaving by rain one may have to wait. Luxurious should not be in the vocabulary for the hotel Goldgasse. Pension with many amenities would be a better description.

Service was fabulous. Location in center of old town. Breakfast is great. Best orange juice ever! Dinner is also wonderful. It’s a magical place. Go see the fortresses and enjoy the all this city offers. We had a suite which was nice overlooking the street.
