This holiday home is located on the hill of Torre Pali, within a 15,00 m² estate, and offers its guests a beautiful panoramic view. The apartment is about 120 m², consisting of a kitchen complete with all essential accessories (large fridge, cooker, pots, pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery), 1 bedroom for 4 guests, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 guests, satellite TV-Sat and integrated Smart-TV system thanks to the wireless Hdmi transmitter Donflix. It can accommodate up to 10 guests. Adjacent to it is an independent annexe (optional studio apartment), which accommodates 2 guests, complete with fully equipped kitchen (Fridge, Cooker, Pots, Dishes, Glasses and Cutlery) and bathroom. Additional services include free high-speed Wi-Fi connection suitable for video calls, a fan in each room, and a free shared washing machine. The private outdoor area includes a covered terrace and a balcony. A shared outdoor area is also available, consisting of a large garden of more than 15,000 m². You can roast your favourite dishes (meat, fish and vegetables) on a large barbecue.
Children under 12 can have fun in the playground with slides and swings. Walks in the midst of nature among olive groves and orchards will give you the chance to eat seasonal fruit (Figs, Prickly Pears, Peaches and Plums) picked right by you! The property is located 1 km from the nearest beach 'Torre Pali', 3 km from the 'Maldives of Salento' and 2 km from the 'Seychelles of Salento'. Nearby you can rent Go Karts at an international track, rent water scooters without a licence and go on excursions to the caves. Breakfast is available on request with a supplement to be requested at the time of booking. Bed linen and towels are available on request with a supplement to be requested at the time of booking (20 euros person/stay).
