Convenient location, people are nice, and provide free drink, pick up and drop off at airport, I like this hotel very much
This is a beautiful place with everything we wanted. It does "sparkle," and Brian at the front desk is the best. He helped in every way. The pool and hot tub were just right. The breakfast had no hot things, but plenty of food & protein, and well stocked. Room was clean but just a little bit tight on floor space. Cookies every afternoon except Sunday; Perkins Restaurant is attached (closed Sunday). Many snacks and drinks available for purchase in the lobby.

Unfortunately a very frustrating experience. I was charged twice for the room. When I checked in, I purposely presented my printed voucher to the friendly employee, which stated that all costs had already been paid in advance. He thanked me for it. As usual in the USA, I nevertheless gave my credit card data for the deposit. When I got back home, I sadly discovered that $74.15 had been charged to my credit card for no reason by Fairfield Inn, the previous hotel I had booked with, which was subsequently changed to a Spark by Hilton. I had left the room absolutely clean, had not used any services, let alone damaged anything. I immediately wrote an e-mail to the hotel, which has not been answered to this day (of course I won't call the hotel to pay high international telephone charges for this circumstance, which is not my fault). All in all, very unpleasant. However, the hotel rooms were very clean and modern, and the staff at reception, in the free shuttle (for which I paid a tip each time, of course) as well as in the adjacent restaurant were very friendly. Apart from that, the surrounding area is a no man's land with no other restaurants to choose from and you can only leave by shuttle or cab. The breakfast was rather frugal - but neither unusual nor bad for me as a European.

This property use to be a Fairfield Inn by Marriott however it is now Spark by Hilton. The outside still looks similar to the older style Fairfield’s but the inside has been completely renovated. It is so nice inside! The rooms are very nice and spacious. Loved staying here!

I had booked a reservation for a business trip at the end of January, and upon arrival I was told that the hotel did not have hot water and that they cancelled the reservation. Now they refuse to provide a refund for the booking that was paid in advance. I have spoken to multiple people at the hotel and no one is willing to take responsibility. I would avoid this hotel at all costs.
