Charming home near the U of U

This updated 1928 brick house is conveniently located within walking distance of the University of Utah, and a short 15 mins from the airport, and 30 minutes from popular ski resorts in Park city and the Cottonwood canyons. There is a bus stop a few houses down, and the Trax light rail system is within a mile, a 5-10 minute walk. The home has hardwood floors, central air (cooling and heating), 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with 4 beds, 3 couches, 2 baths, full kitchen, washer&dryer, backyard with trampoline, driveway parking, front balcony with table and chairs, gas fireplace, big screen HDTV with Hulu, Netflix, Basic Cable, Blue-Ray/DVD player, and of course wifi. I stay downstairs when I have guests, with a separate entrance, I'm a musician who travels all over the world performing and am usually out until late at night when I'm in town.
