Hotel Best Punta Dorada

我們自駕途中隨便找的酒店，性價比很高！前台服務人員非常熱情，酒店設施有點老舊。早餐非常豐富，水果很新鮮！酒店位置非常好，離海邊很近，傍晚到海邊巖石上坐着看日落非常的愜意和舒服！

Belle vue mer et piscine. Proche de Portaventuraworld. Par contre bruyant, restaurant au sous-sol, dîner médiocre et pas de place de parking.

Pros Clean modern hotel with only 5 levels . We paid extra for sea view room and was worth it . Rooms cleaned and towels changed on a daily basis . Hairdryer , kettle and fridge in the room . Found staff throughout the hotel to be friendly and helpful . Stayed on HB basis . Breakfast good choice from cereals to cooked . Fresh orange juice is a bonus . The evening meal quite a lot to choose from . I am vegetarian some days reverted to pasta or salade but still a good choice . Pool side always kept clean . Was a nice 5 minute walk to the beach . Rocky then Sandy . Location bus stop at the top of the road will take you in all locations . There was a room available to leave cases and to have a shower with towels provided . Cons Although there was minimal tea and coffee selection with dried milk sachet . It seems hotel policy not to restock this . Even after asking the cleaner . Hotel does have All inclusive and tends to allow certain people to become very drunk and loud by the pool side . The same people decided it would be ok to have music and loud talking through out the night until 7.30 in the morning . On several occasions we tried to call 24 hour reception to have no one answer . I had to stop my husband going round as I didn’t want to cause an incident . In the morning spoke to reception who said there colleague would have answered over night . We explained they didn’t . They were apologetic and said they would speak to them . We were leaving later that day .

Stayed for a week, myself and my son. We had a room facing out to the road and residential apartments but it was really quiet with no noise from the pool which is what we wanted. The hotel is in Salou Cap which is away from the main town and the usual custom but walk 15 minutes and there is a lovely Mexican restaurant, American diner, and Irish pub that shows all the GAA so you're not completely restricted to the hotel food. As others have said, speak to bus Plana at the end of the road and you can get a card with 10 journeys on for €10 and that covers into Salou, Tarragona, and Porta Ventura. As for the hotel itself, it is clean and the rooms and bathroom are cleaned daily. Breakfast is the same each morning but there is a wide variety, and dinner each evening changes throughout the week. The staff are polite and very helpful and the pool area is enough for the people who stay there. I never had to get up early to reserve sunbeds like I've had to in other hotels in Spain! I've no plans now to come back to Salou but if I was in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This hotel is a little gem! spotless (cleaners brilliant) Amazing staff all go above and beyond comfy pillows and beds facing the sea Food was excellent a really good variety Rooms clean spacious modern plenty of storage, kettle, hairdryer. We had a really relaxing holiday with 5 out of 7 nights entertainment. Short walk to a few shops restaurants Short work to beautiful sandy beach with beach bar. 20 min walk into Saluo Half of the pool area was shaded from the sun upto midday. Which was great for us. This was a real bargain all inclusive stay, we didn’t pay for a sea view but got one anyway as that room was ready before ours. The room we should of been in was facing a tree which doesn’t bother me as we never sit on our balcony. We did however enjoy our free sea view ( thank you staff) The only feedback to the hotel I would say is get more sun beds, one per person staying. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

When we booked this and looked at the mixed reviews we started to worry ever so slightly but please put yourself at ease! My wife and myself have just come back from a week away on our honeymoon at this fantastic hotel! Upon an arrival we were greeted by Jonathan who became a very familiar friendly face, whenever we asked a question or wanted to know something he was so helpful all the time! we booked full board, which worked out pretty well, drinks prices are not pricey at all and the choice of food at every meal was fantastic! My wife is actually quite picky and even she managed to find a good bit of things each day that she would happily eat. Whereas I like to try a little of everything so the theme nights they do in addition to the normal dinner food was especially nice to try something really different! Breakfast i found to be particularly nice as you could get freshly made pancakes, omelette , toasties and freshly squeezed orange juice. The wait staff in here are also fantastic, particularly Erika and alfonso. The selection of pool side snacks was good also! It is the typical sort of fries, toasties, pizza etc but it was enough for a snack. The bar staff are absolutely 10/10! Javi, Maria and the other guys were fantastic workers, always have a little smile and a laugh with us. Maria was actually a very good music expert so whenever a song came on we did not know the name of she was the woman for the job! Javi is just such a personality and after only a day or 2 knew the drinks we wanted as we were walking up! The rooms were cleaned every day and beds freshly made. The rooms itself is also really quite nice and the AC was a godsend! The pool is not overly massive but really it doesn’t need to be. There was plenty of room in the pool and also plenty of sun loungers. We went to the pool at really varies times of the day after days out etc or even at lunch time when we were having a chill day and there was always plenty of room. You can also hire one of the 4 cabana beds for the day for only €10 that includes a voucher for 2 drinks also which we found great and did twice on our week here. They do start clearing away one half of the pools sun loungers at around 5.30-6 to set up for the night’s entertainment. They are not trying to shove you out or to feel unwelcome, just move to the left side of the pool if you plan to stay out longer than this time 🤷‍♀️ There is a little rocky beach just 2 minutes from this hotel so we found it quite nice to go for a little walk around here after dinner before entertainment each night. The entertainment itself was varied and enjoyable. Each night is usually an act for around 1.30 - 2 hours. Particularly we enjoyed the saxophonist as it turned out to be a bit of a party 🎉 There is also a sand beach less than a 5 minute walk from this hotel too. Transport into main Salou was easy and hassle free, you can order a taxi from the front desk that generally takes less than 5 minutes to arrive and usu
