This is definitely a 3 star hotel, but if you are going in a large group with a lot of kids (sports team), then this a perfect spot. If you want a relaxing trip, then this isn't the place. Pros - Spacious rooms. Not picky with the capacity. - Private Parking (outdoors) - Very affordable - Large areas to play (football pitch, play ground, game room, ping pong table for football, large deck area) - Well located (close to shops, lots of restaurants, and the beach. Lots of grocery stores and mini shops). - Laundromat 2 blocks down with a washer and dryer (Hotel only has a washing machine). - Large deck for drying things. - Equipped kitchen and large garbage bin. Cons - Rude email customer service reps. Carmen is pretty rude. She starts her emails with "As I have already told you..." even though your question is different and her answer doesn't actually answer that question. - Slowest check in process. Beware it can take an hour to check in even though you are 4th in line. - Some front desk staff is not very friendly. There are 3 "teams/shifts." Shift 1- two younger guys with brown hair = nice and friendly. Shift 2 - Asian girl and 1 other person (can't remember who) = nice and very efficient. Shift 3 - lady with the brown hair and a bald man (trainee) = can be really scary. Many of us in our group were afraid to approach the front desk when she was there. If you asked a simple question, you got a really stressed response and were completely brushed off, but the bald guy was very apologetic and super nice. I will say, she was really nice on the day we were checking out. :) I think something was happening because she said she was dealing with an issue and had a ton of paperwork in front of her. - A little disorganized. Our coach was checked into a room. They said their paperwork showed his room was empty and that he was staying in another room. We kept telling the front desk that he was in that specific room, but they didn't believe us until he came down. This could have been a huge issue if they assigned that room to someone else and that person walked in on him. - The rooms are VERY hot. You just need to open the sliding door at all times, but ...read below. - It's very loud. Every night there are events (except one night). Even with the doors/windows closed, it was loud. The sound proofing of the walls are thin in the hallways too. Thankfully we were at the end of the hall, but every time anyone was near our room, you could hear everything. - You can't bill your meals to the room. Overall, it was a good experience. We would recommend it for large groups/teams.

We visited in Mid April for 5 days. Family of 5 in a one bed apartment. Apertment was modern well equipped and most importantly immaculately clean. Staff were polite helpful and always available when needed. Beds were bery comfortable and linen and towels were good quality.We had a lovely balcony overlooking pool area which jad sun all day.Outdoor pool area is small but spotless and well supervised by lifguard.not heated though so freezing at this time of year.

We had an amazing holiday here last May and 100% want to go back again with our family! The location was incredible with multiple restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk. Beach was also very very near! The rooms were a great size, more than big enough for myself and my boyfriend. Super clean hotel with friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. The pool was lovely too. All round great and would highly recommend for families, couples & friends!

We arrived past midnight because our shuttlebutt driver dropped us in the middle of nowhere, so we got lost. We arrived at the hotel and the staff where very unhelpful, the made us pay an unexpected deposit (cash only) and surprised us with an extra cost for the babies cots (ridiculous cost) even though they knew we had babies when we booked. Not ony that but it took them a couple of hours to fetch the cots to our room the babies where so tired after the long trip and it was early hours in the morning at this point. The door to the balcony did not lock we informed them this is worrying as we have children and they did nothing to help! The sausages where RAW I have photos. The life guard on the first day was very rude told me I can't have a float for my 1 year old as it was a ridiculous float, it wasn't it was just pink not the standard yellow one. The next day there was other more extravagant floats in the pool so we asked if our daughter could have hers as it was a different life guard on and she said yes we allow those. So it's hit and miss with the staff. There was a male staff at dinner time who was lovely. The beds where very uncomfortable!

Clean hotel is the best I could say about it. The war of the sunbeds is real, I was actually shocked. You need to get into a Que from 7 am to get a sun bed. The pool looks big in the photos but it is very small. The food is good but same choice for kids all the time nuggets and chips. I went full board and was a waste of money. Same food being put out all week. Some staff are lovely but the bar man and some of the staff in the restaurant would put me off the place. Will definitely never return here, there are much better places than here

Had a fantastic time. Apartment was clean, spacious, modern, comfortable and quiet after 11pm. Entertainment was great for the whole family, food (poolside) was always good. Staff were super helpful, polite and friendly. Great location.
