Bonne Hotel moi j’ai bien aimé je me suis bien centi il manque inpe d’animation mais très bien quand même je recommande quand même merci

不虧是別墅酒店，風景很好，設施也不錯，一樓還有游泳池，各方面也都比較方便，旁邊是法拉利的遊樂園，就是18歐的自助餐喝水需要另外付錢

Brilliant 14 nights stay my only gripe is that The animation team need to come with something different last year was so much better. This year was like watching 3 years ago also the same with kids hola hop competition it was always the same. It’s great peptio back but was little disappointed in there shows. It definitely missed Arian as every morning was bursting energy going on the bridge shouting good morning to everyone he was fanatic with the all children. Sergio was great with them. The animation just didn’t seem want to interact with others. My dislike like when wipeout is on no members of public should be allowed to involed it should be left to animation team only. The food was lovely I can’t say different room clean daily fresh towels etc. I did actually slip in the hotel bar as it was very wet due to parents allowing there children to walk in there dripping wet and with bare feet you need slips mat down and by the games room. I will say your bathroom rooms need an upgrade massively also tiles in the lift needs sorting. The bar staff was amazing it was very busy so suggestion maybe have two cooking in the kitchen and few seriving. We have always found the bar staff. Very warm friendly. Waiting on the sun-beds in the morning need to addressed to much pushing and someone is going get seriously hurt or there going push the wrong the person. No need to be pushing. This was our 3rd time here so we have to say this was our worst stay. We will back next year to see if anything changes if not we won’t return for 4th year. It actually very sad writing this as the past few years has been amazing. Just a few issues that could be addressed for next season but I will say we found the staff make up for the mistakes that have been this year with the animation team. The food was amazing

The animation staff are excellent, they make the holiday a lot of fun! The beds are comfortable and the food at the bar is great, just what you want when you have been swimming all morning. The rooms were kept well stocked and clean, and the reception staff were very helpful.

Food wasn’t great, queues were terrible to enter the dining area unless you were there at opening the time. Table space was available inside. Queues for everything freshly cooked: I waited between 10-15minutes for an omelette or fresh pancakes at breakfast time and the same for fresh meats to be cooked in the evening times. Fresh breads, salads, rice dishes and cakes daily. Precooked foods were regularly topped up. Coffee machine 10/10 fantastic Nespresso coffee pods! If you are half board- drinks are reasonable- €2.90 for a large beer and a jug of sangria €10 around the pool! Snack menu at the pool: Pizzas were lovely €10 for a margarita. Not sure how these were so good but the ones served at meal times were dry and certainly did not appear appetising. Clean rooms with balcony, seating and maiden. Hairdryer in the bathroom and body wash/shampoo&conditioner. No drinks facility in the rooms. Refrigerator and TV in the room. Safe payable at reception. Fantastic pool area including slides and water park for children. €10 towel charge which is refundable for the pool area. Animation team were extremely attentive day and night. (Amazing team!!) if you have small children they will be entertained and love this hotel. Pepito (animation staff) was lovely, very attentive with families. 10/10 He is a lively and bubbly lovely character. Bingo around the pool, huge inflatable slide and water mats are provided on certain days to keep the children entertained with different things. Short walk to the beach: 10minutes. Local shops and bars nearby: 10minutes Perfect location.

Horrible , came home early due to Food being awful and cold , spa , freezing, jacuzzi dirty with scum floating g , sauna cold . Rooms tired and needing updating . Apparently upgraded ?? 3 beds for 4 guests , apparently that’s the normal . No plug in bath . Staff were rude and unhelpful. No entertainment . Leaks all through the restaurant with blankets to soak up the water. Coffee machines not working . Splash park was closed due to rain ?? Reminded me of a wet week in Butlins , however there was more to do there! Park tickets were not ready ! Rep said nothing is free !!! Had to call and sort . Avoid ! Very upset

One to Avoid!! 2*at a push,check in is a joke rooms not ready way after 2pm,staff rude and unhelpful room needs a lot of tlc,bathroom shower was ok if you are about 7 foot tall could not be moved up or down was falling off the wall,no plug in bath hairdryer useless 2nd setting disconnected,not cleaned the stains from toothpaste etc satayed all week left them there on purpose to see if they were cleaned, previous guests wrote on mirror again left all week,beds confortable but cheap pillows,again cleaning needs to be addressed dust on top of headboard,the step out to balcony about 12 inches high(top floor) very dangerous,balcony depressing just brick walls all the way round no view,queues for meals were crazy food was luke warm surposed to be a family hotel but children not catered for at all,good choice of cake but all tasteless and dry,the pool bar food a lot better,visited salou a lot stayed in 4* hotels that were 100% but wont ever return to this one
