Hotel Best Mediterraneo

When it comes to hospitality this hotel should be 4**** all the staff are great and the restaurant is kept so clean and lovely food. Everyone does a great job.All the power went of last night and they all done a great job.cannot recommend this place enough.4 weeks ago we stayed at the best sol dore in la pinada and the Mediterraneo is much better on service and smiles. Keep it up all of you .you all do a great job. We are sorry to be leaving but it only makes it ok to go as we move onto mallorca in 2 weeks time.Thank you so much also for the bottle of champagne and 2 glasses left in our fridge for my wife's 60th birthday. One last thing the food from snacks ice cream to the restaurant was all fantastic.see you another day. Mark and Diane

Good location to all amenities.on a night was noisy due to being on the main road The hotel is spotless top marks for the housekeeping reception staff are welcoming and helpful we stayed half board only ate there three times then was fed up with food same things good variety in salad and cold meats but clap cold breakfast. Pool area was clean plus you got a sunbed they did have entertainment but ild say it catered more for Spanish Had a power cut lasted till 11 but they did have generator so all was running hats off to you

My friend and I visited hotel best Mediterraneo for a relaxing break following a particularly busy and tough period of time. We stayed for 4 nights on an all inclusive basis, and I can honestly say it was the best AI experience I’ve ever had. The food was fresh, plentiful and tasty, and they even catered to my gluten intolerance. Drinks again were decent, with a wide range of options. We were brought a full bottle of (very drinkable) wine at dinner, and the cafe con leche at the pool bar is soooo good! 😋 The rooms were clean and well equipped, with a comfy double bed each, I slept well and didn’t wake up crippled every day (I have a pain condition and really struggle with the beds when I go away, so big comfy beds are VERY important to me) All the staff were friendly and helpful and always had a smile. I would 100% recommend the place and would not hesitate to return, in fact I wish I was there now!!

Arrived 8pm, got sorted straight away, in time for food which was still hot and lots of choice. Hotel in great location, just around corner from main street down to beach Room ok for 2 but can imagine being a bit cramped for more, but clean and shower was great and it had good wifi. Was accommodated on first floor as requested. Restaurant was great, lots of choice, generous drinks and overall couldn't fault it. Pool bar staff very friendly and generous helpings, got branded drinks if you asked for them (was all inclusive), bar closed at 11:30 pm which was ideal. Nightly entertainment not great but was another excuse to explore, plenty of offers on for cocktails at numerous bars/cafes. Pool was busy but not a sunbather so not bothered but did use pool to cool off when hot. Only used restaurant once during the day but again a very good selection of food on offer. Can't really fault the hotel, a few minor issues ref entertainment but did not spoil our stay. One thing they could do for is reduce the price of the pool tables or even make them free for an hour a day.Or give all inclusive guests tokens

We were really impressed with this hotel, very clean and well maintained with polite and helpful staff. Food was good, omelettes made to order were lovely in the morning. Entertainment was as you would expect really, but we generally went out anyway. The hotel was much more than we expected for a three star. Slow lifts were the only gripe. Our rooms overlooked the street but the patio doors kept most of the noise out and air conditioning kept it cool. It’s well located near lot’s of shops and bars and a lovely beach perfect for swimming. We also needed two rooms together and emailed in advance and they were very helpful and made sure we had what we needed too. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend.

I always do quite a bit of research when looking for hotels, and this hotel ticked a lot of boxes as a family hotel. We stayed on an all-inclusive basis and I reckon this is the best option and is great value. Check-in was a breeze - quick and efficient. The hotel is easy to navigate. We were given a room on the fifth floor - the room was a little tight on space for 2 adults and 2 kids, the toilet had a sliding door with gaps at the side, which offered zero privacy. Beds, very comfy. Shower great. Wardrobe space was barely enough. The breakfast is all fairly standard and plentiful - there is something for everyone without a doubt, hot and cold dishes. Lunch - good variation, burgers, pork,chicken,fish, paella, pasta, salad. Again you will not go hungry here. Dinner - as above, with a new theme station each night - special thanks to Antonio, always serving with a smile! Snack bar was usual burgers, hot dogs, toasties and choice of 3 ice creams for kids. Drinks - soft drinks, sangria on tap and Estrella on tap to help yourself. Red, white and rosé wine was a good standard. Spirits are on the whole local, but if you ask for brands such as Smirnoff / Johnnie Walker there is a small additional charge £1. Special thanks to David and Yolanda, who do a fantastic job. POOL Plenty of beds - pool opens 0945 until 7pm Towels are available from reception on hire £2 per day per towel - you can get fresh towels daily, and there is a £10 deposit per towel The hotel doesn't allow ANY inflatables, rubber rings, pool toys etc in the pool, which, for a place billed as "family friendly" is utterly absurd. Ridiculous. The pool police attendant is constantly going round telling people to take kid's rubber rings out or stop throwing balls, etc. After several days, a few others and I went to speak to the manager, it's quite essential if you are trying to encourage your children to swim the they have the security of rubber rings etc to assist - we were told this is Best Hotel policy. *** There needs to be some common sense applied by Hotel management - I fully understand no one likes being hit by a ball, I fully understand people don't want inflatables the size of a small boat in the pool, but apply sense and allow rubber rings for kids.**** After this, there were limited floaties allowed in. OVERALL A very good hotel, I would have no hesitation in returning here again.
