Fui a pasar el fin de semana a Salou a este Hotel. La habitación es amplia, baño bien equipao, terraza con dos sillas y tendedero para las toallas o bañadores. La atención recibida fue cordial. Desayuno y cena tipo buffet gran variedad de comida. La piscina y las zonas comunes estaban limpias y bien atendidas por el personal del Hotel. El Hotel está situado en la zona alta de Salou, cerca de una cala. Un Hotel recomendado.

Останавливаюсь в отеле в 3 раз. Буду заселяться ещё, удобное расположение к 3 пляжам и удобно добираться до порт авентуры. Хорошая еда. Цена-качество 10/10

The hotel is spotless,the food is nice and plentiful.The staff are friendly and the location is great .Rooms are large with comfortable beds and the bathroom is modern .There’s plenty of sunbeds and seating round the pool.We would definitely stay again.

The hotel is clean and the rooms a reasonable size with a fridge which was useful. I thought the all inclusive package was worth the money the kids certainly enjoyed the ice creams and the drinks & snack bar were great. The food in the restaurant was really good, there was always something that the kids would enjoy and i thought there was enough variety at all meals during our 1 week stay, great selection of meat fish and salad dishes as well as pizza and pasta. The pool area is not huge compared to some hotels and perhaps there were one or two days it felt a bit crowded but we never had problems finding a sunbed so no major issues. Great location in salou very close to the beach. There was some entertainment & the animations lady was full of energy. The flamenco show was the best evening of entertainment we saw, there were also singers and bingo on other nights which were reasonably enjoyable. We were in a room above the bar so some nights it was noisy on an evening but only noticeable when sat on the balcony and I couldn’t hear too much noise when the balcony doors were shut and my kids slept absolutely fine. All in all a good holiday at a decent hotel in salou

The whole hotel is clean. The staff are really friendly and helpful. I found the food rather repetitive but I always found d something that I could eat. The breakfast was the best meal of the day with fresh omelettes and pancakes. I loved it so much I can't wait to go back in September.

I visited with my 9 year old daughter during the UK May half term. Overall we liked the hotel, but I have marked down based on the noise levels and kids club offering. Positives - The food selection (breakfast and dinner) was great, it changed every day and suited our differing tastes well. The location was great for the beach (less than 5 minutes walk) and theme park (25 minute walk). The pool was well maintained and there were plenty of sun loungers. The staff were all friendly and spoke good English.. The room was clean and had all necessary amenities. Negatives - There was a lot of noise in the evenings. We were initially placed on the first floor in a room right above the evening entertainment space (despite me emailing in advance to ask for a quiet room!) which was incredibly loud. Having requested a move, we ended up on the third floor at the back. This was better, but there was still a lot of outside noise such as loud karaoke at 11pm. I had to sleep with earplugs in every night. Appreciate this might not bother everyone, but for me it was a downside. The "kids club" was not as advertised. The posters suggested that there was an actual club for children to join during set hours (see photo). In reality these was one entertainer who ran occasional activities that the kids largely ignored. Luckily the weather was hot and my daughter was happy just playing in the pool, but I booked this hotel on the basis of there being a kids club, and was somewhat disappointed by this offering.

Where do I even start.... What a fantastic week we've had! The hotel is extremely clean, comfortable and the staff so welcoming. It's like a home from home. Very good food choices to cater for all at meal times, we didnt have a bad meal here. The all inclusive gives you a great selection of drinks, ice creams and snacks. The hotel is located close to the beach and shops. The entertainment is fantastic! We knew Megan from the Best Mediterraneo last year, and saw her on our first day! Megan introduced us to MariaJo, who is just the most wonderful person. Friendly, great with children and adults a like and her passion for her job really is evident. Maria always tries to engage with guests, offering a huge variety of day time activities from darts, scholen and petanca to pool activities including aqua gym, water volley and water basket to name but a few. Maria is so encouraging, awarding personalised certificates to those who win. It's the little touches like this, that mean so much. During the evening there is a fantastic array of artists brought in from Flamenco dancers to African dancers and singers/musicians to keep you entertained after the mini disco for the children. There is also karaoke and bingo! Maria is a real asset to the team and made for such a fun and engaging week on holiday, we didn't want to leave and have booked to return in August.

Just returned from 4 night stay, great place, staff are hard working and friendly, David behind the bar is a topman.Rooms are clean, food is good with wide selection location all great , Entertainment was really good also , I dont normally leave reviews, but if its good its good.

I am here at this normally wonderful hotel,my 8th visit. The staff and cleanliness are as great as usual. But unfortunately the food is of extremely low quality, even at the very start of service it is cold. They can't even make the rice pudding cooked to make the rice soft. Thinking about cancelling our already booked September holiday.

Spent a week in Salou at the Best San Diego. The hotel was lovely, spotlessly clean and well maintained. We were on a half board basis. The food was well prepared and presented with a wide range to suit all tastes. We did meet a couple of people who complained about the food choices but I couldn't understand why as the variety was wide covering all tastes. The location of the hotel was ideal a short stroll away from the beach plus the stops for local busses. It's the staff who make a hotel what it is and the staff here were brilliant, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend The Best San Diego as an ideal holiday base.

Location was brilliant. Rooms were everything we needed as a 2. The atmosphere was okay entertainment could have been slightly better tho. We met some lovely staff and especially a man called David. Super happy, super friendly. Food was what you pay for really can't complain. But overall great definitely come again!

A lovely hotel! The staff are friendly and polite!! Especially David on the hotel bar, he was welcoming as soon as we arrived! The hotel is clean and the rooms are just what you need. Plenty of options for food. Would definitely recommend and come back again!

Lovely hotel very modern thr gym was great pool area always beds available and special mention to David the bar man he was amazing!!! Attentive friendly and looked after us the full duration could not have asked for better service ! Highly reccomend
