Fui a pasar el fin de semana a Salou a este Hotel. La habitación es amplia, baño bien equipao, terraza con dos sillas y tendedero para las toallas o bañadores. La atención recibida fue cordial. Desayuno y cena tipo buffet gran variedad de comida. La piscina y las zonas comunes estaban limpias y bien atendidas por el personal del Hotel. El Hotel está situado en la zona alta de Salou, cerca de una cala. Un Hotel recomendado.

Останавливаюсь в отеле в 3 раз. Буду заселяться ещё, удобное расположение к 3 пляжам и удобно добираться до порт авентуры. Хорошая еда. Цена-качество 10/10

This hotel is absolutely amazing!!!! I’m 17 years old and i can say there’s so much to do!! They’ve got an amazing person called Maria who works there and she’s the best. She does dancing, karaoke and makes sure to get everyone involved - no matter the age!! I honestly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. It’s close to the beach, got THE BEST entertainment and is a decent price. The food was amazing as well and they’ve always got a range of dishes for everyone!

MARIA & ZAKA ARE AMAZING , cannot thank them enough for all their kindness and entertainment. My little girl absolutely loved them. Bar staff are lovely and a few other staff are lovely. I had come all inclusive for this holiday and tbh I wouldn’t come all inclusive again as the food is not good atall. There was no selection for children to eat that are Scottish or anything. My little girl actually had no energy or anything for about 3days out of our stay because of lack of eating so had to eat out a good few nights and also breakfasts. Although the toasties & chips that are made at the bar are good. The rooms are quite clean and ok for space as there was 2 double beds in my room with me & my daughter. We loved the hotel also changing colours at night time. Not bad area for shops and the beach. I think the swimming pools are good sized but sometimes rules for ones and not others which should all be the same! I wouldn’t say this hotel is 4 star because of food and sometimes rules for one and not others but would say Maria & Zaka is the ones that definitely make it more of a 4 star. Good entertainment during the day with quite a few games in pool and also outside pool. My daughter absolutely loved the kids mini disco but I do think it should be even half an hour earlier as coming on at 9:30 for a few kids is quite late. Some nights it would only be my daughter that would be joining them , but they included her soo well , I honestly could not thank them enough. We are going to miss them. I would return to San Diego hotel minus the food.

Staff really nice . Maria (entertainment team) was so so lovely...great to see a hotel that doesn't allow the sun bed free for all ( not allowed in area till 10am )....always managed to find a sun bed when needed (usually used the fabulous beaches nearby)...food good ..fair amount of choice .... could have had more towels per person (could have asked....and towels to be a bit fluffier....great hotel would go again

Me and my partner had a lovely time reception and bar are very modern and clean. Staff were lovely and very helpful if you needed help. The only things we have to complain about is that the food was very repetitive and needs cooked longer and the burgers were still very pink and like raw meat. Also that the bed sheets in our room were not getting changed and it wasn’t being hoovered as there was sand still everywhere from the day before. We had such a lovely time we would visit again if there problems are resolved.

This hotel is very nice but the ‘rules’ let it down massively. Upon arriving in the morning from a very early morning flight with 2 very excited children wanting to get into the pool with their crocodile, we were greeted by a rude lifeguard that told us that no inflatables were allowed. When we asked for him to give us a reason why, he couldn’t! If we had read this via the jet2 website or even the hotels website itself, we would no way of booked this hotel. I understand that the lifeguard was just doing his job but it all depended on which lifeguard was on that day to what people were allowed to do in the pool. Some days you were allowed to play bat and ball / throw a swimming ball and other days you wasn’t. It then became even more laughable when the day time entertainment would put a net in the pool and play ball games with the guests. Thought balls weren’t allowed?! We also would not of booked it if we knew that we could not go outside until 10am! I understand that the pool might need cleaning etc but to lock the doors and not let you out until 10am so that you cannot relax on your sunbed or even a coffee at the outdoor seating area is ridiculous. This spoilt our holiday and when speaking to the hotel manager about it, she said that there was plenty of other outside space outside the hotel!! I am a very fussy eater but the food was fantastic. Different themed nights and the chefs worked so hard to make sure everything was tidy and replenished when needed. Special mention to Samuel (think that was his name) who had 3 jobs of cooking the pizzas / pasta and made to order stir fry’s. He had to juggle all 3 stations which was noticed and appreciated by the guests. Dining room had a great feel about it, never felt too full and always found a table no matter what time you went down. The ladies on the till were extra lovely and my kids loved getting their lolly sweet at the end of each night from them. Bedrooms are very small for a family of 4. Not a lot of hanging space or drawers. Only 2 chairs on the balcony but would not fit another 2. Was slightly annoying that we all couldn’t sit on the balcony together. Air con is very good. Loved that your wrist band also opened your room door so you never had to try and find your key in your bags. What a great idea! The noise from other hotel guests wasn’t great - I know we are all on holiday and there to enjoy ourselves but to be that loud going down the corridor to your room is just selfish (12am - 1am) Entertainment was pretty poor. There are microwaves in the bar area and restaurant which I thought was fantastic for those travelling with little ones for baby food and bottles. So if you don’t mind not being able to get on a sunbed before 10am and not being able to use inflatables / balls in the pool then this hotel is great and I would highly recommend it.

Very clean hotel .Staff friendly and efficient especially the bar staff always smiling. More parasols around the outdoor tables would be good.

Firstly, the positives: Staff are excellent - helpful, very friendly and they work hard. Special mention to Maria who is the animation person - great sense of humour, fantastic with kids and goes above and beyond. Food is decent enough. Everything from hotdogs/burgers to salmon and crab, so quite varied with tastes for everyone. Good salad bar. Fruit options could be improved - basically, just apples, bananas and melon. Would be good to see things like kiwi, berries, grapes. Breakfast is also adequate and varied, but a great touch would be warm porridge. Other hotels I've stayed at offer this option and it's something I always choose. Hotel is clean and beds are changed daily. Gym is free, is open all day and has plenty of modern equipment. Good location and close to all the main bars, restaurants, beach, etc. The negatives: Not a four star by any stretch. Rooms are very basic and small, especially if you're taking kids. Wifi is terrible. The only place it seems to work is in the lobby. It was a bit of a pain having to go downstairs every time I needed to access the internet for something. Hotel is overcrowded. As mentioned above, the food is adequate, but the restaurant gets far too busy and I often found myself in lengthy queues (that's if people didn't push in). It can take forever just to plate yourself something up because of the sheer amount of guests and not much room. Sun loungers. The pool officially opens at 10am; however, some selfish, entitled guests take it upon themselves to force open the doors to the pool area before this and put their towels on the loungers and then leave for breakfast. This is effectively trespassing and the hotel staff should be policing this better by removing the towels to give everyone a fair chance and by warning the guests they will be asked to leave if this continues. Other guests were also fed up with this. Night entertainment isn't the best compared to other hotels I've stayed at. They sometimes have a short mini disco for the kids and then it's more geared towards the elderly Spanish guests. Overall, it did the job, but not a four star and there are better hotels in Salou for a similar price.

This is our second visit to this Hotel, our first was just after it opened. We had a great time hence the reason for booking again. This time it was a different story, the Hotel is very much the same set up. rooms very clean, staff polite especially David the bar man. However the food is terrible. we went half board. The first evening went for dinner to find burgers, hot dogs and pizza. This would of been acceptable for a lunch time snack. The following day we changed our evening meal to lunch time to see if it was any better. Pigs trotters were the main choice of meat, plus the burgers, hotdogs and pizza. All the food was cold. Breakfast was awful, chips, undercooked bacon and the beans were like they had just been tipped out of the can. I had to warm my meals up in the microwave. This should not be the case at a 4* hotel. The Daytime entertainment/animation lady did nothing apart from throw a net on the side of the pool and let everyone get on with it. The rest of the time she sat looking into the eyes of the lifeguard. This Hotel is no way a 4* and SHOULD NOT be advertised as one.

Overall this was a good stay. The place is very clean and is very well kept. Location excellent. The staff are lovely. The restaurant is the usual all inclusive food, no better or worse than anywhere I’ve been before. But it’s very clean, plenty of food and always lots of tables. The quality was good. The rooms are quite small, the beds are really big and if they were smaller there would be more room, it was very tight. The pool area is nice, plenty of beds but they’re not very comfortable. No mattress but you can rent a comfortable bed for €10 per day. The bar staff are really friendly and the drinks good quality. Entertainment is usually a singer or a karaoke or something, we didn’t watch much of it.
