As others have mentioned pool is looking really tired, zero soundproofing around hotel door and door to balcony, can hear everything

Buena estancia, habitación muy limpia, camas cómodas, muy buena animación, buffet muy variada, atención del personal muy cordial y amable

Hotel un poco lejos de la playa,para ir de fiesta perfcto. No hay mucha variedad de comida.

Lovely stay 4 nights all inclusive. Highly recommend this hotel. Great staff and friendly. Everyone is so hard working. The food is excellent and the drinks all great. The room is lovely. Large walk in shower. Plenty of room cleaning and fresh towels. Entertainment good. The hotel is spotlessly clean. It's around 15 minutes walk to main levante beach. Many shops and restaurants. Lovely promenade. Wooden walkway from capellans to Levante beach.

On arrival we had a lovely check in by a lady called Patrica, we had two rooms which were clean and modern, the fridge really helped as we were half board! The option to upgrade to half board with drinks for only 4Euro per adult and 2Euro per child was a bargain as we would sit and eat for a while! The pools are a little run down but always plenty of sun beds and no getting up and having to put towels out which was great! It is a bit of a walk from the beach but that was fine for us as a little quieter and out the way. The entertainment staff were pleasant enough, evening entertainment/shows ok (drag queen was good!). The food was great, really fresh and plenty of choice, shame the supplement for the upstairs restaurant in the evening is quite high so we didn’t eat there.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean The queue for the restaurant was very busy and you could be waiting 20 minutes to get a table In general the hotel is lovely and managed to get sun lounges with no issue, however there was no smoking signs around the pool but people didn’t care and smoked and put there cigarette ends on the floor The entertainment on the evening could of been better they done a quiz on your phone and would disconnect half way through the quiz There was a good range of food but children might struggle The all inclusive finishes at 11pm and then you need to pay for your drinks Walk to the beach is only 10 minutes, the beach was nice and done some lovely bars There was no music round the pool, occasionally you might get the odd singer They do cook burgers and hot dogs in the afternoon In general we had a good holiday and would go back

We stayed 10 nights all inclusive (not premium) I’ll keep it simple and do my positives and negatives Positives * modern rooms, cleaned regular * food good, salad bar nice and fresh * staff pleasant My negatives * Given a 45 min time slot to enter for food, I don’t know about anybody else I don’t always want to eat at the same time every day (ridiculous system) * Tickets for drinks ( I get why but it needs improving. Having to queue for a ticket was a pain) * The sun beds are AWFUL and very uncomfortable and dirty. * VERY limited parasols, nowhere near enough for amount of guest and beds * Poolside facilities not great. Pool is very run down and needs a paint. The back pool closed 3x while we were there. This was due to failing the daily water tests. *Smokers everywhere, pool bar, poolside upper outdoor restaurant. Cigarette butts everywhere. They really need to introduce a smoking area. And enforce it. There is a small NONE smoking area under a tree. But nobody took any notice. * We were unaware when we booked. The hotel host young football teams, every year during June and July. They are attending local football camps. This was a nightmare if you got to the restaurant at the same time as them. 30/40 kids all running around touching everything, some were rude and just pushed in. They were there for the full duration of our stay. It made the restaurant a little unbearable at times. We spent very little time round the pool, the beds, lack of parasols and smoking being a massive factor. We choose to go to the beautiful beaches. Although this is not cheap as 2 beds and a parasol cost €25. Plus drinks and food. A cost we didn’t expect as we were all inclusive. We just couldn’t relax around any of the pools at the hotel. As I’ve said this is just my opinion and I know it won’t impact or affect everyone. This is a very busy hotel, and I can imagine great for families I just found it a little too hectic.

Overcrowded, dirty, roaches, no refunds! Food was terrible and only 2 coffee machines for over a 100 people and long lines. Rude manager evicted us for no reason and Sleazy Jet didn’t care or support us in any way! Found better accommodation in town with great entertainment and meals, but wouldn’t go back to Salou ever again!

Not the worse hotel but not the best. We stayed all inclusive 2 adults and 12 year old. Staff were so nice and helpful. Food was OK drinks only OK just 2 cocktails to pick but more if you willing to pay. Rooms were lovely and modern a bit small as the sofa had to be pulled out for the child. The hotel had 2 big pools and 2 small one pool opened at 10am and second one opened at 3.30. As the hotel had a lot of school trips in large groups it could get very packed and messy. No balls of tubs were left in pool which some kids were upset because of this yet the hotel has a little shop where they sell tubs, balls ect but not allowed use them in pool then. Sun beds were terrible just flat and so uncomfortable but they were plastic chairs you could sit on. Entertainment was about one hour a night and everything stops at 11 o clock. Being all inclusive in other hotels throughout the years and always able to get a few bottles of water to take to your room but not with this hotel and ice creams for the kids were not included in all inclusive. We enjoyed our break away but don't think we would return to this hotel

Beds are super comfy and rooms really clean. The staff are so friendly, welcoming, funny and helpful. Especially Alberto the barman! He goes above and beyond with a brilliant sense of humour! We stayed for 10 nights all inclusive and loved every minute of it except the food in the all inclusive restaurant. We ate out quite a lot which was expensive. Hopefully it is different in busier season. I would higly recommend this hotel! Great for families and people who need special assistance/extra needs.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel before about 6 years ago. This time the rooms have been renovated and are looking great. Room was lovely and liked it had a sofa to sit on. Nice big walk in shower and the water was always hot. The room was spotless. The food in the restaurant was good. I eat gluten free bread and cakes. These were supplied to me from the kitchen and in wrapping. The bread rolls were warm which is great. There was plenty of food and a great choice. The pool area was clean and tidy. I didn't use the pool as it's October. The staff were all nice and the restaurant staff were all very helpful and nice. I cannot fault the hotel and will return. I left my remote for my TV stick in the room so might collect it next visit 😂 Ps the duck is called quackers and has been travelling on holidays for 20 years.
