Super hôtel , super accueil un hôtel familiale et proche de la plage !! Pas déçu

We rested together with my wife at the Best da Vinci hotel for 10 days. And we spared only one thing. That we could not stay here for a longer time. Everywhere is very clean and tidy. Very nice and helpful staff. A good meal. Everything was just great. The resort of Salou is simply amazing. Greenery, cleanliness everywhere. Everything is for relaxation and entertainment. Excellent public transport connections. We had a wonderful vacation. We would especially like to thank Jana, the reception staff, for her warm, sincere communication and help. Rest here and you won't regret it!

Normally people write the reviews after they have finished the stay, which means it doesn't give an opportunity to hotel management to correct or avoid the issues. I am on Full Board, Corner room 547. Completed 24 hours of a hotel stay and here is my review of Day 1 : - Good Location, near to beach and shopping + restaurants. - Neat and clean reception, entrance, lobbys and sitting hall. - Entertainment : None - Food : AVOID AVOID AVOID I read couple of reviews of hit and miss, however I would say, the food is tasteless, no food variety as expected from full board 4 star. Breakfast is ok( no fresh juice though), however lunch and dinner are repetitive with 60-70% of food remains the same. Today, they kept the chicken tikka masala in lunch which that was provided last night. Even the salad is not fresh, they keep the tinned carrots, tinned corns, tinned beetroot, tinned onions and there is no humus or salad sauces. Pizza : Looks like they are using pizza base rather than a fresh pizza dough. Every thing which is fried, is fried in a same oil, which means there is some kind of smell in everything and it is not giving a good taste. We struggled to eat chips and wedges, which is something very basic and we don't expect it to go wrong. Fish -sour taste, I am not sure why it is so. Desserts : repetitive with very less variety. WATER : TO MY SURPRISE, WATER IS CHARGEABLE IN THIS FULL BOARD HOTEL WHICH COST €2.40 PER 1 LITRE BOTTLE. WHEN WE FIRST ENTERED INTO THE RESTAURANT, THEY OFFERED US A TABLE AND ASKED FOR DRINKS. NO ONE TOLD US THAT EVEN WATER IS CHARGEABLE IN FULL BOARD. THIS IS SOMETHING VERY NEW AND CRAZY AND SEEMS LIKE A MINTING MONEY FORMULA OF THIS HOTEL. Courtsey : In general, courtsey is missing from the reception and restaurant staff. As per some other reviews, it feels bit dull and rude from the staff and spoils the holiday spirit. Room : Ok size even though I have been told that it is upgraded. I must say that balcony size is quite big but not of any use. Cutlery in Room : Again something very strange. We have been provided glass, cups and plates, but they neither replace it with fresh, and no washing liquid has been provided to wash them. When asked, reception you have to buy the washing liquid. This not a standard practice on 4 star hotels, How are we supposed to know that cutlery won't be replaced or cleaned, instead we have to buy washing liquid to clean it. Spanish only : No english speaking staff. Even though this is a international hotel, it is serving very spanish and french oriented food and everything is written in spanish. English speakers are not welcome here. I hope someone from management should look at day 1 review, otherwise this review would represent how poor the management is and what to expect from BEST HOTELS.

Great location,central to everything. Check in was seamless,and front of desk staff very polite.The room was a decent size compared to other,hotels we have previously stayed in. Fridge,kettle,and microwave in the room ,Safe also there for added peace of mind. Downside was the balcony we had was tiny,As we we only there for 5 nights it didn't impact us. Breakfast was enjoyable,and the one night we had dinner there ,while very busy,we enjoyed it.

Excellent Hotel, staff and location ,Definitely would stay again. Very clean and attentive room service. Would recommend this hotel especially to couples. You are right in the middle of things and some nice restaurants very close to the hotel if you are not staying full board.

Hotel very clean staff polite meal times manic thought some people were going to take food out of my hands some people very greedy cleaning lady lovely always smiling Some guest have no consideration for others banging doors at night no fault of the hotel though This is our 3rd time at this hotel convenient to shops and bars guess you get inconsiderate people wherever you go
