Nice hotel This is a slightly dated but nice hotel. We arrived from our flight early, the room wasn’t quite ready, they have a secure luggage room where you can keep your cases. We had all inclusive, the food was properly cooked and tasty there was a large choice of starters, soups, cooked meals, salads and puddings and loads of fruit, also drinks you could serve yourself in the dining room. During the day there was the pool bar and the indoor bar just off reception. Hotel was busy with holiday makers, coach parties as well and even some kids football thing. Theres entertainment during the evening, they have an animation team that even decorated the hotel for halloween. Bedrooms are small but do have a big tv and sofa/bed in them, fully equipped bathroom with walk in shower. Maids come in everyday. What really sets this hotel apart are - the staff! Their all lovely and very helpful, especially Marieta the receptionist, the dining room staff especially a lady who usually checks people in whos name began with a Z (sorry cant remember it) with dark brown hair, she was friendly and always helpful! The cleaners all work very hard especially the ones of the 5 floor of the hotel, thanks ladies! Only downside is the hotel is quite noisy with the lifts and people coming and going from rooms at night.

Having read some reviews about this Hotel I was having second thoughts.But all was really good .Yes the hotel was a little dated but spotless, the room was lovely. Room cleaners were help full and pleasant. The food was great with plenty of choice.The arragment of the resturaunt was unusual making it difficult to find things to start with .Staff were pleasant and friendly.pool area was a bit date but again very clean.Pool food was OK.Entertainment was OK but not great .We really enjoyed our time here .Bit of a walk into mainTown center but walk into old town about 6 to10 min.Monday market just over the road on outskirts of old town.We have no regrets about choosing this Hotel

Our first trip to salou and we did love it the shops the restaurants the beach were all amazing and a short distance from the hotel however the hotel was a different story ! we arrived at the hotel at 10.30 am and had to wait 3 and a half hours for the room, my children were tired from being awake since 2 am and wanted a nap instead we had to walk round a place we weren’t familiar with in the height of the day for a couple of hours to pass the time. Drinks at the bar were expensive €3.50 for a Pepsi and a small pkt of crisps was €3 . The blonde receptionist was rude and didn’t really want to help. I reported that we had ants in the bathroom at 9 am on the 2nd morning nobody came so I reported again on the third morning they sent out someone who put some sort of silicone down and said they will all be dead in an hour but they weren’t it was 100x worse my children didn’t want to use the bathroom and they slowly crept into the living area I reported that to jet 2 also who said he would sort that and never did. We also waited most of the morning until 11.15 to speak with the rep that said would be there from 11.15-11.45 so that we could ask him things about getting a bus or an excursion we could have been at the beach instead of waiting around as they didn’t turn up while we were there. Then my husband wanted to go to the gym that advertises treadmills excersise bikes rowing machines etc he went. No seats on the bikes not bootstraps on the rowing machines and none of the treadmills were working so couldn’t use it. Also I have never been anywhere that doesn’t offer a breakfast bag when leaving before the breakfast starts we were picked up by our transfer at 8 am just as breakfast started the airport had nothing in it that my children would eat and the plane had run out of food by the time they hit us on row 9 so my kids ate the few snacks we had on us until we got home but usually a hotel Will offer a piece of fruit and a bottle of water maybe a sandwich but nothing at all was offered. There were also lots and lots of football teams often gathered in the doorway making it difficult to get through they also woke my children coming home singing at 3 am. And I’ve never been anywhere that has special tables for certain countries leaving not many options as a family of 5 to sit and eat at. Not much apart from the pool for the kids to do and on the last 3 days even the fountain was turned off wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone

So boring for children my 10 year old played one pool game, 3 year old has been bored senseless, the Blonde receptionists is very rude, doesn’t want to speak to you at all, pains her to help you out. The bar staff and waiters and waitresses are very nice. The path outside is destroyed. Tea not served until 7.30pm. No English channels or subtitles. Just book somewhere else if you are English.

Just returned from a week (04/09/24-11/09/24) as a family of 4 with 16 month old twins. I would rate this hotel a 3.5 but mainly due to the fact it did not cater for small children. Cleanliness: Communal areas were kept very clean. Room cleaning was good apart from the balcony floor leaving my twins needs and feet black from crawling but I am aware that this is something most people may not notice who don't have small children. On days when we would display the no cleaning needed sign, the cleaner would always catch me in the corridor and check that I didn't need clean towels at least which was very nice. Food/ restaurant/ bar snacks: Restaurant offered a great range of food all presented well. However the restaurant times were a huge downfall for us. Dinner wasn't until 7:30 which is just too late for small children. Also one evening, the restaurant was so busy there were no tables free, which again is not ideal when you have small, hungry and over tired children. Entertainment: Mini disco didn't start until 9!!! And even 9:30 on weekends. Again this was not something that worked for us and therefore we saw very little of the entertainment and therefore can't really comment. Location: In a quiet location just 10/15 minute walk from all the shops, bars and restaurants. 15/20 minute coach transfer from the airport. Can't fault the location. There was no real area for toddlers at this hotel where they were able to toddle and crawl safely. Despite the draw backs we had a lovely holiday, we just didn't get our moneys worth with the all inclusive due to being in bed before dinner opened!

We have just returned from a great holiday here. Rooms cleaned everyday, all staff were friendly and helpful. Food was delicious, I would say I'm a fussy eater but thought the selection was great every night. Not so great for the beige eaters and we did struggle with my son but he always ate something. The only problem with the food is the queues, they could really do with rearranging the dining area so it's better laid out. At times it had a very dinner hall feel to it. Animation team were great and our kids really enjoyed the kids disco and games each night. They even really enjoyed the evening entertainment, especially the Disney show. All in all, we had a great stay and are looking forward to returning. The only issue we had here was other holiday makers, we had instances of things being dropped into our balcony from above ie lighters, glasses etc and the noise sometimes was just unacceptable. However, this isn't the fault of the hotel, just other holiday makers would do well to think of others. Don't let the bad reviews put you off staying here.
