Rentalmar Navarra Family Suites

We were very dubious about our booking after reading the reviews. On arrival we were greeted with water pouring through the bathroom ceiling and the air con unit dripping and hanging off the wall. The lady on reception called maintenance he was at the apartment before I had chance to get back to the room. We were allocated another apartment immediately. This was our only negative experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was brilliant. The bar by the pool was a godsend on the hotter days. Everyone we chatted with by the pool was lovely. On a whole, go with an open mind. Make your own opinion. We had an issue, was polite about it and the staff acted accordingly and sorted us out. We wouldn’t hesitate to rebook another stay here.

We stayed here for 5 nights and can have no complaints with the apartment. Prior to departing we had read some bad reviews and was a little anxious but for no reason. Apartment was clean and modern could tell it had been renovated in the past year or two. The pictures you see on trip advisor seem to be old. Balcony was secure maybe wouldn't let young ones play near the glass but that goes without saying. There was a washing machine in our superior apartment we didn't need to use it but for longer stays and families it would be a huge benefit Aircon worked perfectly in every room we had one night where it stopped working but finding the main circuit board next to the door switching the main off and on again rebooted the aircon so no fuss. Whenever we left the apartment we closed the door to the balcony and shut the curtains, came back to a cool apartment every time Spare bedding and towels in the room, toilet roll and other cleaning or bathroom supplies there is a shop next door. Pool area didn't open until between 10-11am but most places for breakfast didn't open until 9-10am so in the morning we took a walk to the beach while it wasn't busy went for breakfast and was finished in time to put our towels down which worked well for us. If you do want an early breakfast the shop next door or under the apartment depending which block you are in has easy supplies, fresh bread ect We did ring a week in advance to inform of early check in but when we got there was made to wait until 5pm which we was disappointed at but they do have a room to store bags. Another family we spoke to did get there early check in Location was spot on less than 2 mins walk to the beach. Plenty of small bars, restaurants and shops nearby but noise wasn't a problem at night Some reviews said it was very noisy party apartments but didn't hear a thing our entire stay not so much as a squeak. Pool area was no different than any pool area I've stayed at in other apartments or hotel complex there where some families some groups having a quiet drink by the pool we had absolutely no issues. Some Spanish people by the pool not sure if they came off the street or lived in the apartments but didn't cause us any issues. One thing to note is it seems there are multiple buildings and multiple owners just managed by rentalmar (could be wrong), we paid for a superior room and that's what we recieved make sure when booking you select the right apartment. When searching for these apartments I found 4 or 5 different listings under different names. Rentalmar Navarra (we stayed at) Rentalmar Family suites are just a couple all the same complex. Reception some spoke better English than others but there was usually atleast one working with a good level of English and easy to communicate. We had to pay a deposit on arrival. We left on the Friday I phoned on the Monday to make sure that had been released and it was in my bank by the end of the day in full so no complaints there either Alrea

Como positivo diré que el apartamento estaba limpio, las camas eran bastante cómodas y la dimensión del apartamento era correcta. La ubicación muy buena y es una zona en la que hay aparcamientos cercanos y zona azul (en Salou de octubre a junio no se pagan todas las zonas, creo). Aunque no la utilizamos, la piscina era grande, pero no le sobraba espacio para tumbonas/toallas. La parte negativa, en nuestro caso fue que el primer día el apartamento estaba un poco frío y la calefacción tenía un tope de calor bajo, así que tuvimos que estar en el sofá con manta. Por otra parte, la espera en recepción fue muy larga, aun habiendo 3 personas atendiendo, estuvimos demasiado tiempo esperando, nada ágil y además tuvimos que volver puesto que no dieron informaciones básicas como por ejemplo, la wiffi gratuita (que por cierto, tampoco se conectaba y al final nos salvó la compartida por nuestro móvil).

Deje una fianza de 300€ y han pasado 14 días y no me la han devuelto, cuando llamas te dicen que ellos no te la cobran que solo la retienen, pero eso es mentira habrán estafado a miles de personas, ya que cuando yo deje la fianza la saqué de ahorros y entonces en todo momento se lo que tengo o lo que no , y cuando lo e reclamado, 2 ocasione te responde una maquina, cuando e conseguido hablar con el personal me dicen que es culpa de mi entidad bancaria, cuando les pido el comprobando de la devolución dicen que no me pueden dar esa información. Seguramente esté tipo de estafa ya llevan tiempo con ella en vigor , si no te das cuenta te quitan la fianza y nunca lo sabes, porque te dicen que solo la retienen y eso es mentira!

Faire attention à votre dépôt ils vont tout faire pour le garder et vous avez aucun recours Éviter cette location Aucun service , très très bruyant, Appartement en mauvaise état ,vous donne l’appartement tard en fin de journée et ils ne font pas le tour avec vous pour pouvoir vous charger des bris que vous avez pas fait .

Higiene 0 , las cucarachas que hay son impresionantes, las almohadas me dieron dolor de cuello de finas que son. No os recomiendo ir a ese hotel , nos aparecieron 2/3 cucarachas en la habitación, y fuera donde la puerta de la piscina tiene q haber una plaga cada vez que pasábamos teníamos que ver 1/2 cucarachas aseguradas 🤢🤮 .PESIMO
