The remote/online check-in process was a nightmare - click the link, fill in your details, sign a small rectangle and wait for someone on WhatsApp to confirm it worked or not. I suppose this impersonal method was used due to it being off-season when I went. Either way, not smooth at all, although the person on WhatsApp was very friendly. The suite itself was very clean and well facilitated but I couldn’t find a kettle, only a coffee machine. Also, the fridge door didn’t shut fully, so it had to be ‘encouraged’ with a push. Finally, the light in the kitchen area started flickering like crazy one night. I suppose the bulb was faulty, so I just turned it off and used a different light. Nothing major but small things that need mentioning. The atmosphere is the suite was cold - and I don’t mean the temperature, I mean it feels like you’re in a laboratory or modern art gallery. Considering the outside of the hotel looks quite Spanish, I was hoping the inside would reflect something of the local culture.
