Courtyard Salisbury

We stayed here for 2 nights. We had heat for about 4 hours until it finally kicked to air conditioning. It was sold out so we couldn’t change rooms. Trying to charge our phones was a challenge with the charger plugs kept falling out of the outlets by the beds. The room could do with a refresh as there was mold in the shower under the storage plate in the shower. Shower pressure was great and the staff were extremely friendly. We will stay here again but hope for a better room.

Our stay was excellent! The facilities were clean and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the pool and fitness center. Great location- walking distance to restaurants and a gas statiion. We stayed two days for the Hippie Fest and it was nice to come back to a comfortable room and pool to cool off in after a day at the fairgrounds.

It's Ok...not overly impressed. Had to swap rooms because mini fridge didn't work. Electric plugs by the bed so worn out you can't plug anything in without it falling out. Both rooms had this issue. No USB ports except by TV. NO FREE BREAKFAST and for a decent cup of coffee you have to pay Starbuck prices and I deplore that entire organization. Front desk was nice about the issues but hotel is dated and not worth the money. The bright spot is Blue Bay is a stones throw and that restaurant is fabulous.

The Courtyard Marriott Salisbury is extremely rundown and in need of help. Rooms are dirty, toilet didn’t work, refrigerator didn’t work (on a prior stay), large body fluid stain of some type on sofa pullout bed and leaky shower. The prior stay mentioned above was in May, 2023 and the phone didn’t work as well so in order to contact the front office you had to make a trip down. The refrigerator was out for 4 of our 5 day stay. Extremely unfortunate that the owner doesn’t upgrade the facility because it is very conveniently located. Will go to Concord if we need to stay in Salisbury again.

This hotel is wonderful, it has a excellent location and extremely clean. When I walked in the girl at the desk was very nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable and there was ample parking. I enjoyed the fact that they had showers in the room instead of bathtubs, I don’t enjoy the sticky shower curtains. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone in the area.

Our last night of the road trip. It was a very nice hotel, clean new, very open concept and well appointed with many homey touches, such as cushions on chairs, plants, etc. The rooms were very clean, and new looking. The breakfast, was a different matter. They were 'bagged", with a pastry, and choices of drinks to add, such as milk or juices. Some other patrons, however thought it was appropriate to take many of the bags, open them, and then combine them into mega bags containing many items. Several patrons came in for the meal only to find there was nothing left. Staff on hand didnt really address the issue after being informed of the activities, saying the "meal is complementary' basically saying the people could do as they please. Not a very good customer service point in my book. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

The property was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Rates were reasonable and parking was easy. I got a spot near the front door. I would stay here again if ever back in the area.
