Simple yet twisted in to extraordinary with customer Services! The resort is simply the best with its own innovative set up and truly amazing, the rooms are different and something very special about it with uncommon atmosphere, And all blue waters resort features are wonderful with view of the lake; and there are quite numerous activities to choose from it, if you feel that relaxing at the beach is "truly pampering and lovely" Apart from various type of water sports, hiking or having day night lake fun with resort live music, everyone is spoilt and the resort is wonderful. The management was brilliant at changed our entire stay to a perfect extraordinary with super quality while still delivering top services and creating food dishes with native colleagues, there homemade cocktails are super amazing never expected the perfection they delivered with cocktails felt like Trader Vic's US or Hardrock US cocktails to a some points. Likewise our time at blue waters was the turning point of good to perfection and every wonderful things they done benefit of the guests who enjoy seamless luxurious service and the product talent, no matter which part of the world, that was the turning point, certainly a place to visit in lake Malawi! Thank you blue waters….

Beautiful views of Lake Malawi, attentive staff and spacious Grand wing rooms were the highlight of our stay. Our stay was 2 nights in villa 601/602. Spacious beyond necessary for 4 people, singing and dancing with resident band option was so enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable, laundry services by the resort laundry was truly good. Meals and drinks at the restaurant were prompt and tasty, very good service or quality. They were flexible with our meal times depending on arrival/departure and activities. Bar service was good, selections were varied and the seating area overlooking the property and fire pit was Pleasant. Fantastic activities available throughout the day, given what we saw and overheard talking with staff and guests this is the premier property in the area for location and quality. I could see staying another night or two if your itinerary allows. Highly recommended for the lake Sengabay Salima area. We love Blue waters.

My family and I had great expectations of this resort as we had a warm welcome by the team, followed by a nicely blended tamarind juice as a welcome drink. However, as soon as we got to the Deluxe room which we booked, we were welcomed by an uncomfortable stench (the type you get when fabric has not dried properly). That could have been excused as it can happen to anyone BUT, the linen (the duvet, sheets and pillowcases as well as towels) have seen better days. Having been to a lot of hotels both locally and internationally, I am well aware that hotel linen should be pure white. I was put off by both the stench and the colour of the linen. The bath tub was so worn out, not befitting the high standards I expect of the Serendib group of hotels. The liquid soap dispenser was empty. Certainly not befitting the price that is paid for such a room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We could not wait to check out. Our night was extremely loooong.

I want to 100% recommend this facility from location, cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff especially the Boss himself, Don. He does and excellent amazing job with his staff and always there to help. Definitely coming back. PS: the food is great too. Thanks to Don and Team

Idyllic base to explore Lake Malawi Senga-Bay Salima A gorgeous lake resort property with sweeping views of Lake Malawi and handmade and homemade atmosphere and creativity with truly enjoyed simple nature beauty and atmosphere created by this wonderful lake resort we stayed villa with private swimming pool which had spectacular views. All activities were really well organized, the resort management were friendly, knowledgeable and had thought of everything to make sure our experience was perfect. We loved the pool and viewing deck on the lake front. It was big kiss from the heaven and the beach bon fire with highest tree-deck dinner on the lake front were special touches. Couldn't recommend more highly! Thank you blue waters.

The blue Waters-Superb Lake resort In Lake Malawi Salima Senga Bay We stayed here for two nights after finishing our meeting and Hiking the Senga bay Trail as part of team building. It is a beautiful spot by the shore of Lake Malawi Senga-bay in front of Nmalanje Island providing more pristine views and a cleaner beach than Cape Maclear to the south. The facilities were superb and very good, including shaded beach front area close to main swing pool , a good beach front bar with classy music band plenty of areas to relax and provision of good food including Indian cuisine . There was a worthy atmosphere with nice African touch and very smart set up and the vibe was truly fun and relaxed. The bar music was superb and congrats to Tia main singer-Blue waters band , Staff were helpful and service was very good and well trained and well managed and well-kept lake resort by Serendib hotels and resorts Malawi . I would definitely recommend :-) for classy beach holiday including lake front swimming pool with classy pool cocktail bar superb meeting rooms and excellent food in meeting room, Great breakfast buffet with Lake Front seating under tree restaurant-unforgettable, likewise we had dinner at the highest lake view tree deck restaurant in Lake Malawi, rooms are classy and very different with nature atmosphere... There is plenty of lake water sport, unfortunately lake was too violent due to nature call during our stay, we definitely come back thank you Blue waters. Kajal, Lilongwe Malawi…
