Redhill Reigate

We were visiting friends who live nearby. Our party consisted of me (55) and my elderly parents. We requested 2 ground floor rooms due to my father having mobility issues. Unfortunately wet rooms are not available and the bathrooms have showers inside the bathtub. The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff friendly and welcoming. We had our evening meal and breakfast at the restaurant next door. Again the staff were friendly and the meals were fine. The hotel was quiet. We choose it due to its proximity and the availability of onsite parking. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

We chose this hotel as it was near Gatwick Airport and we’ve stayed in Premier Inns for many years without issue, however I wish we had read the reviews of this hotel and chose elsewhere to stay. In a nutshell, it’s dirty and neglected and if it had been earlier in the day and we weren’t so tired from travelling we would have found another hotel to stay in. The walls are dirty and damaged with peeling/chipped paint and mould. The curtains are stained. The material on the sofa had a hole in it. There were various blood stains on the mattress cover. The soap dispenser was rusty and a health hazard. The roll out under bed was split and its inners were bulging out (luckily we did not need to use this). The towels had long seen white. The bathroom mirror was in need of replacement. On the plus side the staff were nice and pleasant. The cleanliness issues continued in the Beefeater next door around the breakfast area and yoghurts were out of date. Cooked breakfast was good and staff were pleasant.

Best beds ever food a bonus right on doorstep. Been here few times will always return . Staff friendly. Room immaculate. Best nights sleep had for ages. Handy having somewhere to eat also . Food was great . Can't find fault with anything would highly recommend to anyone

We have stayed at the Premier Inn Redill before when visiting family in a nearby village, and are not disappointed. lt is great value for a budget hotel and the Beefeeter Pub/Restaurant next door is great and always very busy. The food too is excellent value for money particularly on the meal deal.

Great staff. Amazing area. Hotel is in a nice setting. Staff are very helpful and always try and help out were possible . Hotel could do with upgrade but the staff make the stay more that happy. Over all would highly recommend this hotel for airport or leisure stay

The smell in the room took a while to get used to. The carpet was dirty which I presume was to blame for the smell. Paying £71 for this room was not value for money. There were no glasses for water, there was only 1 pillow each. It was difficult to sleep with the flashing light from the smoke alarm.
