There services were perfect . The rooms were neat. The facilities were all perfect also.

The room is spacious, has nice choice of drink sachet. the place is walkable to major attraction, nearby has Sainsbury that easy to top up your daily needs. We luckily make use complementary/ free parking lot( only 4 cars at one time), or else need to use paid parking facility next to the hotel. The favorite part, they have laundry machine which we used to wash and dry all our 4 days trip clothes.

Room is decent, the hotel is near Salford station, but a 15 minute walk is needed to the city centre.

A lovely hotel with parking (bonus). Located conveniently for a trip to Central Manchester or Old Trafford. Room was clean and tidy although a bit warm despite having a fan. The bath/shower was a bit high for a vertically challenged person like me! Very lovely staff , nice and welcoming. Breakfast was standard buffet style but still delicious. Overall a nice weekend.

We stayed here for a very short time while visiting to watch the Manchester vs Lyon match. Checked in at around 2:20 PM and headed out by 3:30 PM for the game. We returned at 11:55 PM and checked out the next morning at 11:00 AM. Even though our stay was brief, the hotel left a great impression. The room was very clean, comfortable, and everything was well-organized. The next morning, we really enjoyed the breakfast – a lovely English breakfast with bakery items, butter, jam, fresh fruits, and juice. If late checkout (even by an hour) had been allowed, it would’ve made the stay even more fantastic. Still, overall a great experience – highly recommended for a quick and pleasant stay!

Nice atmosphere big room and very big toilet

Great hotel for the price. I've paid way more and got a lot less. Nice big room, comfy bed excellent bathroom and shower. Great service and nice staff. Location is perfect for the Opera House Theatre, nice pubs and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Had a couple of cobwebs and maybe the carpets could be 'newer' so knocked a smiley face off for that - but I'd happily go back, and I'd pay more to do so.

I’m book a deluxe twin room for two ladies. The room in ground floor with car park views. I’m very surprised the design for bathroom… bathroom without door!!!! Bathtub and towel rail at right and left and bathroom entrance at middle. The entrance is face to window. The door handle also not fix very well. It make me concerned safety and privacy issue. After discussion with hotel staff, they just had 1 room (standard double room, without window) left and can change to me. I accept about the change. But the air conditioner always had the drill sound after one hour I moved in.

Great hotel, great staff. I love that you can have coffee/tea/hot chocolate whenever you want as you have free unlimited access for their coffee machine in the lobby. Great location for AO arena, about a 10 minute walk. This was our second time here and if we go to the AO arena we will always book this hotel. Beds are comfortable and a great size!

Great room with good facilities, bed was very comfortable and had the essentials for quick dinners, I was a solo traveller staying for 3 nights for a conference at the convention centre which was only around a 15min walk from the hotel. If I had to pick a critique it would be the placement of the microwave! Had to be a little careful removing hot ready meals as the microwave was placed above head level! However very much enjoyed my stay and the room was great, spacious and clean.

Brilliant hotel close to spinningfields.   Large rooms at an affordable price.    Nice breakfast.    Very pleasantly surprised by the hotel and the staff.   Pillows could do with being better quality but other than that no issues

Hotel room was good but windows did not open one handle broken other was locked. Carpet stained and couch not the best. Rest of room was good. Great bathroom. In a good location for our trip. Parking was onsite Breakfast was OK, sausage and bacon was a no no but enjoyed everything else. Alfie on reception was extremely pleasant and helpful, recommended somewhere to eat and overall very welcoming, we had a good chat with him on both evenings. Would stay again but maybe a different room.
