Owners Craig and Maryanne are excellent hosts in this great little place on the end of sale on York Street. In room breakfast is still served the old school way through a server next to the door. Breakfast is always on time regardless of the weather and you can enjoy it in the warmth and privacy of your room. The rooms have a walk in shower but no bath. I hate shower over bath so this is perfect. Recliner chairs are provided to sit and chat or watch TV. A workspace with two office chairs complete the room for people that want to work. In room WiFi is available at no extra charge. A mini bar and room service is available and when dining in the food is personally delivered to your door. What a great place.

I stayed three nights at The Aspen & Apartments in Sale VIC. Craig & Marianne were the perfect hosts with good old fashion hospitality and professionalism. I had one of the motel style rooms with a beautifully comfortable bed, double recliner lounge chair, large work desk and two comfy office chairs. Rooms had the old fashion breakfast door of yesteryear which was perfect for breakfast delivery each morning. Marianne provided a great breakfast and always a cheerful delivery by Craig each day. Expansive well priced breakfast of a high quality. Craig went above and beyond to assist during my stay and I look forward returning in the future. Thanks Guys 👍

Lovely stay only one night but so many excellent features to enjoy, very clean warm friendly staff and a enormous breakfast delivered to your room with many choices of suitable times for this. Everything you could wish for in the room, comfortable beds and excellent size room. Would definitely stay there again if ever in the Sale area.

Electric vehicle chargers on site!!!! Fabulous, clean, comfy beds, all mod cons, hosts were wonderful and provided everything. The room was spacious, had 3 comfy exec chairs, good pillows!! Generous milk, tea, coffee provisions. Close to everything, you'd be mad to go anywhere else. Lots of info about local walks, things to do. Nice grass area to sit in

Had the most wonderful stay at the 3 bedroom apartment. It was immaculately clean. We had 3 adults and a child and there was more than ample space for all of us. Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom, and main bathroom services other bedrooms. In total there were two queen size beds and two single beds. Kitchen was big enough and had lots of storage space. Nice outdoor eating area in back with a barbecue available to use. They even had some fans to use which I appreciate as I'm someone who can't sleep without one! No maintenence issues. Heater worked perfectly on a cold Sale night. Would not hesitate to book here again.

Had a fantastic 4 night stay...very clean modernised rooms with a great shower. Food was very good and breakfast choices were excellent. Their homemade bircher was delicious and the potato pancakes with the works unreal. Very prompt when I required any extras. Well done guys, thanks for looking after me

Welcoming hosts in Barbara & Craig. My room was spotlessly clean with good up-to-date facilities. Good internet available. Convenient & easy-to-find location. Excellent breakfast with good range of options.
