I rated this due to highly attended Personnel, very helpful and dedicated. They are the ones who changed my average vacation to a a very memorable one. Thanks for all and forgive me if I did not remember all names, But special thanks to Soumaya Adel Said Awad Abdalla Camile and Ninesh from Front Desk. Thanks to lutfur , Ahsan, Imelda, Shahab from Restaurant. And Special Thanks to Chef Mohammad for the very nice Gesture in the room Picture Below. The rooms are very Good, I could rate them 4 points, one point needs attention from management is the Extra Humidity Smell. The rooms should remove the AC automatically shutting down when balcony is open as this is really making things worse. The renovated Wing is very good equipped and the problem of smell is minimized , just the big drawers closet below the TV, still needs to be changed completely. Thanks again for your support You have what it takes to be first hotel in Salala. You just need to work on this high humidity issue
