The hotel was nice, big room with balcony, decent breakfast, and clean. hotel was away from the centre but we had no issues since we had a rental car but there are many restaurants and shopping within walking distance of the hotel.

The staff are so helpful and the rooms are spacious and cozy. The breakfast buffet is rich and delicious. I will come back again.

房間乾淨，很大，門口不遠處是商場，不過塞拉萊總體不好打車，如果沒有朋友接送就得考慮租車或者加價讓酒店幫忙叫車，沒有梯控，前台和餐廳的服務態度都挺好，總體這個價位性價比可以，好評！

The hotel wonderful also Location close to the airport and everything Hotel very clean and the staff so nice all the staff without name any Every time go to Salalah i stay in Plaza hotel I don’t accept any accommodation in Salalah just that hotel

Thank you to the hotel staff and team for the hospitality. For 8 days I was able to rest and work. At first I had problems at the reception but that was not the fault of the hotel but of the tourism company. Thanks again to the group who helped me and I will recommend your hotel with all my heart so that everyone can enjoy their stay. Irene.Switzerland

Really it's wonderful place me and my family enjoyed staying in this hotel the general manger Mr Kahled maz is amazing with his way how to managing with very polite and positive way with the customer and also his team like Mr Mubarak Mr Ahmed and Mr Arif and also maintains and cleaners

one of the best hotels in Salalah ..stay and variety of shops and cafes in ground floor..good location near the omportants places in salalah.. 15 mins from airport and 20 mins from Atin.. we enjoyed sating for 10 days in one of the best cities in GCC

The hotel is excellent in all aspects, comfortable and distinguished by being in Al-Saada and has many services from upscale restaurants and cafes, markets and a padel court. The hotel staff is cooperative and the breakfast is good and varied. The hotel is considered excellent, especially for families.

I am a trainer and consultant, l have run 2 programs at the hotel attended by 60 participants. The hotel is located in a beautiful place with indoor and outdoor facilities and big garden in the middle, rooms are spacious, clean. Training facilities are perfect. Hotel manager Mr Khalid and teams are professional. Mr.Zakiriya has done good job....all in all good hotel.

We wait almost 10 - 15 minutes for the check which is very slow The front office manager was just watching also but even he was not sorry also for last which is very disgusting. At the time of checkout they didn't even say me how was your stay.😡 Food was taste, services was superb even the f and b manager he was checking by himself everything, he is very humble and kind. Housekeeping wad superb and nice Thankyou
