Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced) with flowers and trees, swimming pool (11 x 6 m, depth 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, pool house, table tennis, boules, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 2 km, pedestrian zone 2 km, bus stop 3 km, railway station "TGV Saint-Raphael" 20 km, ferry "Les Bateaux Verts Saint-Tropez" 2 km, sandy beach 2 km, thermal baths "Thalasso Spa Les Issambres" 7 km. A beautiful house with a fantastic view, located on a hill. Newly tiled pool, the equipment of the house is good and well maintained, only the ancillaries such as the carport and shed could be a little more well- kept. Beautiful separate, enclosed propert
