Private: property 1'200 m2 (fenced), wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 80 - 145 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. In the house: WiFi, air conditioning. Parking. Shop 3 km, supermarket 3 km, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 1.5 km, railway station "Saint-Raphael TGV" 20 km, sandy beach "Plage de la Croisette" 1.4 km, thermal baths "Thalasso Les Issambres" 7 km. We were one week at Le Petit Rouveau with 3 couples. In general, is and older house that needs a revamp both outside and inside. When we arrived we noticed bad cleaning of the pool-area and inside was poor, with lots of ants inside and outide on arrival.
