Auberge du Moulin

Very comfortable room, one of the more spacious we’ve seen in a modest French hotel, with an impeccable bathroom - walk-in shower, heated towel rail, toiletries supplied. There were enough outlets to charge all our devices, and WiFi worked well. Our little balcony overlooked the beautiful river and cliffs. Our hostess kindly refrigerated a cheese we’d bought, and suggested she could make reservations for us at the restaurant across the way as Wednesday was the Auberge’s closed night. Good thing, too, as it was an excellent meal and those who had not reserved were out of luck. Breakfast was copious - hot beverage of your choice brought to the table, everything else on a buffet. Jams and charcuterie were “faits maison”, hard boiled eggs, cheeses, juices, croissants, bread: they did give value for your €12. The breakfast, dinner and cleaning staff were well trained and quick, and there were enough of them, which to me speaks to the quality of management. There were a couple of drawbacks, not dealbreakers though. The parking lot is tiny and it was necessary for guests to juggle cars in the morning to let each other out. And there were a lot of flies around, despite the best efforts of the plentiful, vocal frogs in the river below.

What a wonderful hotel. Simple but clean, comfortable. Superb location, super friendly hosts and good food. Thank you, we will definitely return. We finished our tasty meal asking to sample the local tipple - verbina gin/vodka (we think!) whatever it was, ask for it - delicious!

St. Enimie and the Gorges du Tarn were even more beautiful than I expected! The hotel was so convenient to the town and parking by the bridge. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our view of the river was beautiful. We ate dinner there and it was fantastic! We had a wonderful stay.

Excellent accueil et grand professionnalisme de toute l’équipe . Tout est parfait , accueil, lieu, propreté, qualité de la cuisine , confort de la chambre . On sent la réelle intention de satisfaire le client et de façon naturelle . Ça fait plaisir. Belle continuation à toute l’équipe

Des notre arrivée un accueil très sympathique par un monsieur très souriant qui nous a indiqué ou se garer et accompagné a notre chambre avec terrasse donnant sur la rivière le top. - La chambre est moderne bien agencée la literie est excellente. Le petit déjeuner que des produits locaux(confitures de châtaignes et oranges un délice) nous en avons même acheté pour nos petits déjeuners futurs)croissants et pains frais,jus de pommes. Petit bar pour la charcuterie encore maison, yaourts et fruits. Servis a table par la responsable un moment convivial - Un excellent moment pour commencer la journée. Nous avons dîner le soir,sous la véranda,encore un personnel souriant et très attentifs aux clients. La restauration maison cela faisait longtemps que nous n'avions pas si bien manger dans un restaurant, tout est fait avec de la saveur..un régal pour nos papilles de l'entrée au dessert et pour un prix raisonnable (menu 29,00 euros) Bravo chef et a votre équipe en cuisine. On ressent dans la gestion de cette établissement que chacun a sa place. Ce fut un vrai plaisir de séjourner dans chez vous. Nous ne manquerons pas d'en faire part autour de nous et reviendrons pour plus longtemps la prochaine fois. Famille Copin
