Bijou Hotel

Beyond the fact that the hotel itself is simply wonderful, with a central and convenient location that provides easy access to all the main attractions in the city, it offers excellent value for money. This is a hotel that provides a high-quality experience while maintaining a reasonable price. What really sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. I've never stayed at a hotel with such a kind and dedicated staff. We are two tourists who don’t speak Italian, and one night, when we parked in the wrong place, our car was towed. When the hotel staff noticed this, they not only showed concern for our situation, but they acted quickly to assist us. They accompanied us from the very first moment — starting with taking us to the police station to pay the report, and then driving us to the parking lot where the car was held, (outside the town!!) All of this was done with a smile and a genuine wish to help. In addition, the rooms in the hotel were clean, comfortable, and spacious. It felt like home. The overall atmosphere in the hotel was very relaxed and calm, and the staff was always available to help and provide information. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. In conclusion, the hotel itself is excellent, but the service exceeds all expectations (and that’s not an easy task). I definitely wish to stay at hotels with such a level of service as this one in the future, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect hospitality experience with personal attention.

We booked this hotel at the last minute after a good snowfall in Cervinia, so off we went for 3 days skiing not knowing what to expect. What a pleasant surprise ! The hotel is situated in a pedestrian only piazza, but parking was super convenient in an underground car park, literally a 1 minute walk to the car, so even though you can tempoarily park in front of the entrance to load and unload it's not necessary. It's a family run hotel so you are greeted by the owners who make it feel more like staying at a friends house. There is a beauitful lounge area with help yourself tea / coffee / biscuits. They serve an excellent continental breakfast and there is a restaurant for dinner which opens at 7.30. After a hard days skiing we like to eat early and there were a number of restaurants in the pedestrian only area which opened at 5.30 / 6 pm to cater for tourists. Italians all seem to eat at 8 pm or later ! The rooms are accessed by elevator, they are spacious and beautifully decorated, the beds were extremely comfortable, there's an excellent large bathroom and for a small extra fee we had a room with a veiw of the piazza. There's lots to do in stunningly beautifull St Vincent, casino, spa, etc, and the sking in nearby Cervinia / Zermatt is amongst the best in the world. The drive up and back is quick and easy especially if you park at nearby Valtournance gondola which gives you access to the whole ski area. It's also free and the super long ski run back to the car park is spectacular. We are already planning our next trip ! thank you Hotel Bijou !!

We booked a room at Bijou Hotel but unfortunately my husband got sick and I cancelled it the same time - right before NYE. The staff at the hotel was amazing, they have been very understanding and did not charge for the room. Helped me to rebook and also told me that they were going to do their best to get me a very quiet room although my new booking was during another holiday when the hotel is already rather full. I really appreciated their understanding and how kind they were in helping me over the phone. I am now really looking forward to our stay in this hotel!!
