I travel over 100 days a year for my job and stay exclusively in Wyndham properties, so I review each one. The parking lot was clean and well lit on arrival. Check in went smoothly. My room, a king handicap, was clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. Room entry/ecit is via an interior door. WiFi speed was 7.5 megs up, 3.0 down via Ookla. All of the stated amenities were in place, such as the microwave,small refrigerator, and a 4 cup coffee maker. The hotel has two luggage carts. My air conditioner/heater worked well. The television had a large selection of channels and a good picture but is a bit small. The snack and soda machines were stocked, and are cash or card. There is a guest laundry available, $2 each to wash/dry. Noted issues: there was no regular coffee or cups in my room and the used coffee from the previous guest was still in the basket. A bit of a worn carpet and musty smell in the hallway. Also a pet peeve of mine: no housekeeping on a stayover. It takes two minutes to make a bed and empty a trash can. I understand being short staffed; however, some corners can't be cut, even if it means the owners doing the work. Also, no breakfast, just coffee and a granola bar? This one particularly is annoying. Stop using Covid to justify cutting corners and providing fewer services. There are other Wyndham properties nearby, and until this hotel gets its act together, unfortunately, I'll have to not recommend it and will stay elsewhere if I'm back in the area.
